I had the misfortune of visiting this business for a couple of years, and in the beginning of June 2024, I went through, as did the woman ahead of me, and neither of us received a carwash. I contacted the number provided and left multiple messages with no response.
I am making an appointment with an attorney since the phone system calls have never been cleared and there’s no way of leaving a message. I am also filing a complaint with the State Attorneys Office. DO NOT USE CHIEFLAND CAR WASH IN CHIEFLAND, FLORIDA. THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS AND DON’T CHECK FOR MESSAGES, NOR DO THEY CLEAR MESSAGES SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN LEGITIMATELY LEAVE THE OWNER CONCERNS. If you have had a similar problem, contact the State Attorney’s Office and file a complaint against Chiefland Car Wash. The Chamber of Commerce will provide you with the owners name for the purpose of filing legal complaints.

Absolutely ridiculous, because of there car wash machines they will rip off your mirrors! I’m totally disgusted and Dissatisfied!

Does Not even deserve 1 star ..carwash is nasty & everything is broke and needs to be closed for good IN MY OPINION ..don't go here unless you like wasting money vacuums don't work ...DO BETTER OR CLOSE IT!!!! Geesh it's worse than the 1 I'm from the hood in lake city that says alot

Sprayed foam all over car and didn't finish tried calling number on building and no answer voicemail full. Had to spray off car and pay more money ended up costing 17$ and lots of frustration

Just went through car wash spent $10 and my truck is still a mess. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spend $10 still got dust and mud all over my running boards. Also, it said the wash came with an undercarriage rinse. It didn’t do that either. Also got a few scratches that were not there prior to getting a wash! Very disappointing and waste of money I highly recommend going somewhere else!

This used to be the best carwash around, not so much now. They added a 2nd bay automatic carwash and they don't wash like they used to. I wash my car once a week so it's not filthy, it should be able to get it clean but it leaves dirt and spots.

Car wash works great but I put $20 in dispenser. Did not give my 8 dollar's back in change. Gave receipt and said give to cashier for underpayment. There is know cashier?

Autowash is state of the art. Two bays, underbody wash, presoak, 2 brush passes, wheel wash, wax application, total rinse, and spot free rinse, blow dry, all for $12.
