We were Danielle's first sale and she did a terrific job. The process was fast and easy. We spent less than 3 hours with test drive, financing and driving off the lot. Management was personable with no pressure. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I've had in many years. Great job, Danielle and the Ford team!

Great batch of men and women. Very friendly an informative. Although it took a week to fix my truck (parts supply issues) I was kept in the loop. In addition, my truck was cleaner than its been in a while (farm truck). Thanks to all.

Truly the best experience I had at a dealership thanks to Jimmy! He was honest and quick to help us. He was able to help me get my dream car and I couldn’t thank him enough! We drove three and a half hours to get this and I couldn’t be happier thanks to him.

Walked in today to make appointment with service for an oil change. Was met by James, he is amazing! They had time in their schedule today for us to wait. James was super friendly and accommodating. This is our first experience here. Dillion is doing our service. He is a super pleasant young man who is on top of things. Bailee has been amazing as well. She is very pleasant and helpful. I’m very impressed.

My husband and I went to Plattner’s Chiefland Ford today to look at a pre-owned Lincoln Nautilus that we saw advertised on-line. We were immediately greeted by members of the sales team including asst mgr Jeff. Sales associate Jimmy assisted us along with Danielle who was a new member of the sales team and in training with him. They accompanied us on a test drive, answered our questions, then we met with Jimmy to discuss pricing. During that process we also met the sales manager Robert. We decided to purchase the vehicle we had test driven. Every part of the process was stress free, and the best experience that either of us have had purchasing a pre-owned or new car through a dealership. Robert was able to work with us to figure out the best financing option for the budget we presented. Bob in the financial office handled all our paper work and was also wonderful to work with. We drove from the Gainesville area to purchase this car. The price was very competitive and the staff was wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. They are well worth the drive!

We had a great truck buying experience! We came in and were immediately greeted, then asked what we were looking for and how could they help get us there. They were professional and easy to work with on coming to an agreement to get us in the truck we wanted to buy! Would 10/10 recommend if you want someone who will work for you on getting a deal done for the truck you have your heart set on! Thank you to all of the staff that quickly and efficiently handled our truck purchase!

Chris Kirby was amazing and we ended up with a spectacular deal on a 2020 Ford explorer. However, my only complaint would be that things could be streamlined better to hurry the process along. The difference maker was Chris Kirby and I would recommend searching him out if you come here to buy a car. I had to edit my review to add that, the manager Jeff is also a wonderful person who truly wants to help you get the right car at the right price.

I got Ripped off! They sold me used truck with a bad engine. Their website claimed that their vehicles pass a multi-point inspection before the sale. When I took it back, they claimed that they would make it right. They would pay for half of the repairs. However, the truck sat for 10 weeks with no action. I called 2-3 times a week and even found various replacement engines for them. They refused to do anything. Finally, I had no choice but to take the truck someplace else. It wound up costing me $20,000 that will never be recovered. STAY AWAY!!!

I understand now why they have such bad reviews. Was in a conversation with the general manager Todd. Trying to make a deal he never finished communication. , Beware okay 6th November 23 manager emailed me. I replied to him and offer for the truck. Again no reply from the general manager. They are all talk and no action. Can you imagine if they had my money and I needed to get something fixed or accomplished. BEWARE. BEWARE

Buyers beware! This is a dealership that profits off of lies, bait and switch techniques, selling poor quality and mechanically unsound vehicles and uses very obvious and deceptive tactics to try and ware down the weary or desperate buyer, thankfully I am not one of them. If the poor repair and literal trailer for an office doesn’t send you packing, then the price lies should. Whatever price they tell you is not true. They tried to sell a lifted truck and quoted one price only to say later that didn’t include the price of the lift which could not be removed. Additionally they claim to have done this lift at one of their sister dealerships but they have no record of it and the lift is not properly completed leaving many of the vehicles safety functions not working, they shouldn’t even be allowed to legally sell this truck. They are also a dealership that forces you to buy their 3000k “package” which they will try to convince you that you need for paint protection and all that garbage. But if you ever do need it, they won’t honor it and all you have to do is read all the other reviews to see all the new damage their service department causes so even if I was forced into buying this package I would never use it. If you are not interested in being forced to pay for something you don’t want, then you can not buy a vehicle here. This is not an honest or ethical company, they will lie to you. If you do not have sound car buying experience and financial know how please do not go here, they will harm you.

They was very nice people. They sold the used vehicle $3,000 below MSRP. When my monthly payments was too high, they worked with me to get them within my price range. I will say they is located 2 hours away from Jacksonville, FL, but it's well worth the drive IF YOU LIKE SAVING MONEY ?. Below is a picture of my new ride.

Zero stars. I worked out a deal on a vehicle via phone/Internet with the dealership drove 3 1/2 hours there to sign the paperwork and pick up the car and they tried to change the numbers and the interest-rate on me. It was so bad that my sales person actually quit While I was there and walked off the dealership. Needless to say I didn't bother to buy the car from the dealership. I don't suggest anyone try to do business with Chiefland Ford.

On 8/22 I called for an appointment to get 2 rear shocks put on my truck. Talked to Justin and got the appt for the next day at 8 am. 8/23 at 8am gave the keys to Jake and told him to also check the AC, not cooling enough, and the ABS light comes on sometimes. He said the truck would be ready that afternoon or the next day 8/24. Then he called to say that the rear seal in the differential was leaking and should be replaced. Est cost $350.I gave the OK for the fix and he said the truck would be ready on 8/24. Afternoon of 8/24 Justin called and said the bearings in the differential were worn and needed changed. Est cost $750. I asked if they had the parts to fix it and he said yes and the truck would be ready Saturday the 26th. Called Monday 8/28 and was told that they were waiting on parts.??? FOR WHAT?? You said that you had them in stock. Called 8/30. Parts are in and tech is working on it. Called 9/02 and Jake said the tech would be in at 9:00 to finish up. Called 9/05 and Jake said the tech never showed up on Saturday and he was having employee issues. Called 9/08 talked to jake and he said he had a new tech and he was putting the differential together. Called 9/11 and jake tells me he's waiting for a bearing puller to come from Auto Zone in Williston so they can change the bearings. WHAT!!! You said you were finishing up and in reality, You haven't even started!!! 20 days you have had my truck and have done nothing.Called 9/14 Jake said the truck was being put back together and would be ready in the afternoon. 3:50 the same day he called to say they dropped a shim and it broke and they ordered one from NAPA. so, the truck will be ready tomorrow 9/15. Next morning, I show up and they say the part will be in by 11am and they will call me. At 11:45 they call and said NAPA sent the wrong shim and had to reorder. It will be a few days. 9/22 stopped in and Justin said a few more hours and it would be done. We waited for THREE AND A HALF HOURS and he told us that they had to redo one of the seals and he would call.Saturday 9/23 No phone call.Monday 9/25. No phone callTuesday 9/26 No phone call.Wednesday 9/27 Called and Travis said they were waiting on another part because one highly skilled tech took the differential apart and another highly skilled tech is putting it back together and can't find all the parts.Stopped in on Thursday the 28th and still wasn't done so I told them to have the truck outside the building Friday morning and I would have a tow truck come and get it.Friday morning the 29th of October, 38 days from when I brought the truck to them. I picked it up with the differential and the gears in the back seat and the drive shaft in the bed of the truck. The only thing they fixed was the 2 shocks and my bill was $ 995.17. Out of that $596.00 was labor. For only replacing two shocks and giving me a box of gears and shims that I don't know if they even are for my truck.
