Went into cricket on the 9th of October, to switch my daughters phone service to cricket, an we upgraded her phone to the new Motorola razor, and Briana McDaniel was our store representative, and she was absolutely amazing! So sweet and very informative!! Definitely will recommend to all my friends!!

Paniced because my phone, completely froze would not even permit me to shut it down. 2 hours away from an oug of town buisness trip which necessitated me having a phone for meetings/appointment and reservations. I simply walked in and without delay was greated by Oaklee. She remained calm as I held my breath...I wanted to tell her so bad that she was wasting her time, ...I had already attempted (and meetings with failure) what I observed her doing. I held my toung and SOOOO Glad I did. She fixed it first try!! No joke, magic hands, 3 wishes, mermaids, Bigfoot whatever...this chick is real and fixed my phone in seconds!! #Homies4Life
