Everytime I go to CVS, I look forward to seeing Cristal and Renae and members of the pharmacy. Those two ladies It is a big job to wait on consumers, stock, meetings, pharmacy etc. And there is a really little ginger haired girl in the pharmacy who makes my day when I talk to her. I asked Cristal for instance how to get the price scanner on my CVS app. She was really patient with me. I really do love going to CVS. Yes, first to save money, but the girls who work there are the best! I really take my time shopping. Thanks CVS. You know I need to mention the OTC things they have at CVS are just wonderful. I bought some Neutrogena sunscreen but I e get 1 50% off plus 4 extra bucks. I received the discounts and still able to use my OTC card.

My husband and I were both denied our pain medication refill by the pharmacist, Nicole, because she claimed that we were “new patients”. This was a total lie. We are snowbirds and we have had our pain medication filled at this location 4-6 months out of the year for the past 4 years. We complained to the CVS customer service department and they tried to get her to fill the prescription for us and she still refused. My doctors office even contacted her to ask her to fill the prescription for us and she still refused. She kept giving different excuses, i.e. DEA regulations, new customer. We were forced to get our prescriptions filled through mail order and had to go without our medication for a week. We filed a complaint with Nicole’s supervisor, Allie, and were told by her supervisor that Nicole would go through some retraining. The next time we attempted to have our pain medication filled at this location we were told by Nicole that we were banned from having any prescriptions filled at her store. She retaliated against us because we filed a complaint against her. We tried reaching out to her supervisor again, but Allie never returned our calls. Nicole Douglas is not only rude, but she picks and chooses who she is going to fill prescriptions for and gets away with it. She could care less if a patient experiences withdrawal symptoms after she refuses to fill a prescription for them that was written by a medical doctor. Nicole Vickers Douglas should not be a medical professional. We will never use a CVS pharmacy again because Nicole.

I have terminal cancer and have been treated horribly by CVS pharmacy. I have the hardest time getting my medication because most of it is controlled substances. I get treated like I’m a drug dealer or drug addict. I’m so sorry for these people, they have no compassion with staff, I’ve been going to this CVS for over a year and still haven’t been treated like a human being that is facing the unknown. If there were another CVS close I would definitely switch. I have heard the pharmacist talk about other patients and their drugs taken while I’m standing in line, I just wander what they are saying behind my back after I get off the phone with them. I pray for them and I pray their services and compassion get better, I’m sure I can work on my attitude too, and be an easier customer to get along with. Get it together and I will too!

Please read this slowly, with emphasis on the intended words; they were carefully chosen.
No person, who tried so hard to avoid delay, uncertainty, and frustration, should ever be subjected to the kind of inhumane treatment i experienced over the past two days, suffering all three, to a "personal 'worst'" degree. It seems almost personal, which is both crazy, and terrifying.
Thankfully, now i can go to the keys.
I wish someone with an ownership stake would call me. The problems at cvs need to be addressed; they are significant, they are real, and they damage people. For some, uncertainty is like drowning!

Like others have said the people at the pharmacy are incredibly rude. Denise specifically needs to learn how to speak to people. They never have the prescription ready when they say it'll be ready then expect you to wait around for 30 minutes while they finally decide to get it together.

Pharmacy doesn’t close till 8 but refuses to let you get your medication at 7:50. The staff were rude and didn’t even try to help all they said was no the pharmacy is closed.

Pharmacy woman at pick up was snobby. Rolled eyes. I guess they don't like snowbirds. They were and always are very busy. Maybe she just had an off day. That makes two of the women who worked in the pharmacy rude. I think they definitely need more help.
