Had items stolen and half cameras dont work even if advertised as working. Lost prevention is just a waste of time. Never will i rent a storage unit from this place.

I went there to rent a U-Haul truck.i was amazed just how organized this facility and the lady that handled my rental was.
I saw a guy there working, and it looked as if he had just finished cleaning a truck that someone probably just returned. (The truck looked as if it was a brand new vehicle, even though it was an older truck)
The lady inside, where O rented the truck, was able to answer every question that I had "instantly."
I was really impressed with this place. GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!

Just rented this month. The units are very clean and easy to get too. The staff was also very helpful. Good location and they had the only openings in chiefland.

I have dealt with these people for YEARS and until This year, Never had a problem. They are losing their minds since the old people retired and pulled the stuff out of the office and then tried to upgrade. They lie to continue getting all they can from you....SAY they will work with you, when a problem arises, but it is a LIE!And, THEN will say, "It didn't happen"!!There ARE Other storage places and I would suggest using those.
