“The Verizon Representative Liz was friendly, efficient, funny and was very patient with my tech challenges. The face to face Verizon store in my little town is why I use Verizon. I need knowledgeable reps to help me with in person phone selection and with phone set up. The wait was reasonable as I do not do well with technology. The other staff were also friendly and helpful with some of my odd questions. They make a great team.”
