“It's a pharmacy, it's Walmart, a perfect as long as you don't need them to communicate between pharmacies. Trying to get my prescription address change has been a complete hassle for over a month now. I moved here to Gainesville, but they're still trying to fill in chiefland constantly. I called in and talk to people twice now but it still isn't changed apparently. Chiefland is still filling my prescriptions. And I can't get to my meds”
“Discharged from the hospital with a load of prescriptions to take. Hospital arranged pick up from Walgreens in Chiefland. When I got there they were out of stock on antibiotics and blood thinners iv. Not really their fault. There are government regulations on what they can keep in stock with no exception for emergency injury or disease. Pretty major for my condition with no transportation. Arranged delivery. Uber driver canceled the order. Not good. Store manager Zack went out of his way to personally deliver them when I needed them. Awesome response for a messed up situation. Thank you Walgreens”
