I’ve had enough of the big bank chains, no personal attention anymore. I’ve been very pleased with my experience at Seacoast bank and have been treated very well. Steven, the manager, has always made me feel like my business was important to him and the bank. He also went above and beyond to meet all my banking needs. As an attorney, I’ve dealt with numerous banks but this bank is different. Thank you Steven, Chiefland and Seacoast!

Read your reviews……..I agree with every bad one. I have 7 business accounts with Seacoast. Not a happy customer either! It’s not easy changing to a new bank with multiple businesses. Do something about it if you’re NOT getting good reviews. My managers have to wait in long lines in the lobby and drive-thru. This is unacceptable for a huge bank in Chiefland. You’re welcome to give me a call! I will tell you all about it.

Loved this bank when it was Perkins - liked the bank when it was Drummond - hate this bank as Seacoast. have or will be in the very near future move all my accounts elsewhere. a dozen people in the lobby waiting for service and 1 person it seems in the whole dang bank! drive through is just as bad. Sorry to see our local hometown bank go down the sewer. But safe to say Seacoast wont have my business in the future!

Back when this bank was Drummond it was excellent. But since everything changed to Seacoast last year/ last two years or so, ive since been forced to relocate my accounts and funds elsewhere. The communication is just not there anymore, the policies are designed to confuse and take advantage of people who don't understand banking terms and language, and personally id asked several times for things to be changed on my account and i was ignored for months even though i was assured constantly that my wishes were followed. I would recommend almost anywhere else, especially for your children/ first time account holders who dont understand how tricky corporate bank language can be.

Beware if you have adult children who also have an account at seacoast they can go in the bank to do an address change and the bank will change to the new address on your account as well just because you have the same last name. Then you have to go in to have it changed back. They give no explanation for the mistake just oops sorry about that. Makes you wonder what other mistakes they will potentially make. I have lost confidence in them.

Had an account with Drummond/Seacoast payed off a loan, applied for another and they said No. Tried to ask why and no one cared to talk to me about it.They don't care about the little people.. So I closed my account went to Radiant and opened an account and applied for a loan that same day... The next day I was Approved... I'll be telling friends ?And I'm sure I'll get the copy and paste response ?

It's a sad time in our home town as the Drummond back, our last real hometown bank has sold. Reality has set in now 8 months later. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone, a bank that once knew its customers by name needs and ID to cash your checks. Now they have let the familiar faces we all trusted go! I personally bank with one of those people 36yr!One not happy customer here.
