“After my car accident Brock Auto Towing came and picked up my car he then helped me with pictures took the tag off so my friend could turn it in so I would not get a suspension on my driver's license he also let my friend Stephanie in 3 times to retrieve my personal property that I had to leave in vehicle. “Friendly staff. You can expect a wait time in getting in and out. I came one day and I had gotten a work order setup but they had to cancel my work order due to the Staffing of employees. I had to come back another day to get my tires rotated and balanced. I do live in town so it wasn't a big deal. You can't beat Walmart Auto Care(TLE old-school name) prices on services as batteries and warranty go or their tire warranty and lifetime rotate and balance.... I'm considering getting my oil changed here if it saves me money. I get my tires done only at Walmart. I have respect for the workers. I use to be a TLE tech myself. I do miss doing that type of work.”

“Good place to get parts. But online prices for same brand parts are cheaper and they're not price matching anymore. Was told new IT guy locked system so they can't price match competition like before. Always price matched with local parts houses and said they can't do it anymore because parts are not the same brand. Before it just had to be the same quality parts and the same warranty. So help is great, but some don't know what they're doing. But them you get what you pay for. Most are very helpful. But read a few other reviews and don't show up after they close and expect to get battery warrantied, computers get closed out right away and they can't do any transactions after that. Another one saying hace to order parts all the time. There are millions of vehicle parts they can't store them all in one small building. So have some common sense. Most of time they can get them over night. No one else carries them all. No place is perfect and you can't please everyone.”
