After a not so great experience with another merchant and my battery, I decide to come to O’reilly. Trevor acknowledged as I walked in. He finished with a previous customer then inquired how he could assist me. I explained my issue and prior experience. Trevor went through all steps in the trouble shoot process and testing. In the end, he installed my new battery. He was quick, as well as proficient.
