“After my car accident Brock Auto Towing came and picked up my car he then helped me with pictures took the tag off so my friend could turn it in so I would not get a suspension on my driver's license he also let my friend Stephanie in 3 times to retrieve my personal property that I had to leave in vehicle. “Bottom line - if you're in Chipley, then Southern bend should be your go-to mechanic.I broke down on a road trip going through Chipley, and Southern Bend took me in when everyone else was closed. The owner saw I was in a tough spot, so he stayed past closing to get my car fixed the same day and quoted me an extremely affordable price. Without them, I would've had to buy a hotel and miss work the next day. Now, my car is running smooth as it ever has, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. “They went above and beyond to help me. I was traveling alone when my truck just died on me. I was left stranded on the side of the road a long way from home by myself around 2 a.m.. They came and towed my truck back to the shop. Allowed me to stay with my vehicle until they opened up. Even though they were very busy they got me back up and going in no time. Their prices were more than fair and great service.”

“Friendly staff. You can expect a wait time in getting in and out. I came one day and I had gotten a work order setup but they had to cancel my work order due to the Staffing of employees. I had to come back another day to get my tires rotated and balanced. I do live in town so it wasn't a big deal. You can't beat Walmart Auto Care(TLE old-school name) prices on services as batteries and warranty go or their tire warranty and lifetime rotate and balance.... I'm considering getting my oil changed here if it saves me money. I get my tires done only at Walmart. I have respect for the workers. I use to be a TLE tech myself. I do miss doing that type of work.”
“I have been going to Seaborn's for years, and Kelvin has always treated me well. I had dropped off my pickup truck because it was having some electrical issues and it would not run decently. It was a difficult to trace problem, and after putting many hours of work into trying to find where the problem was, it got stuck off to the side. Meanwhile more cars arrived at his garage and mine kept getting put off. Between too many cars to work on and his guys getting sick, he was unable to get back to it for months. Recently he promised me he would work on it himself to make sure it got going, which he did. He got it fixed, and because he had kept it so long, he did not charge me for labor, only the parts!! What a great guy. No wonder his parking lot is full, everybody wants him to work on their car!”
