“Teresa (manager) Anita ( CSR) are the most caring, nicest people I have met in awhile during this VIRUS. I have been trying to get an account open for several weeks and due to my company and the travel involved I never know where I will be day from day. Which makes it hard to set an appointment. I was able to open account on line but was not able to wait till I return to Texas for a debit card. I called up to set an appointment since I was driving by and was granted 1pm.... problem is I showed up at 12pm . Anita returned with in minutes from lunch to assist me (even though I was an hour early)

“Great place never had a problem the the 2 years I have had them. I agree that when you call for a resolution it can be irritating but, I'm not sure that it is the Chipley location that answers. Everyone there has always been nice.”
