I would give no stars if I could. I am so disappointed in Community South . Not only is their customer service not what it use to be but them just doing people wrong an acting like their customers in this small community is not what keeps them going. I have left them for my banking an would refinance my car to be able to get away completely. Sad that I know several of my family an friends that feel the same way. If I could afford attorney I would just know they are not for this small community anymore

The level of customer service has decreased dramatically from the past years of the older people that was there im totally disappointed at the new location. Zero stars

We have been with this bank since 2016, even after moving across the state years ago. All the new changes are not for the good. Will be getting a new bank.

Took me 3 months and 4 attempts of ordering a card for my account for me to even get a card cause they don't know what was happening with my card in the mail. Went to deposit a paycheck from work and they put a 7 day hold on it. It's a regular work paycheck so how am I supposed to pay bills like that? Do not use this bank

been here for years and liked the bank til they just closed all the person to person teller windows. now ive opened an account elsewhere. can not use the d*** machines with my card and have been waiting well over a month for another. not that i care to use the machines anyways.nice big fancy new building and no teller service. what a joke.

WE'VE BEEN MEMBERS FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I CAN TELL YOU. THERE SERVICE, IS IF THEY LIKE YOU. WE HAVE PAID OFF MANY LOANS AND NEVER DEFAULTED. BUT EVERYTIME WE ASK ABOUT A LOAN, THEY ALWAYS HAVE LIE READY AND WILL QUICKLY SAY, WE'RE NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO DO IT. AND KNOW THEY DO NOT CHECK OUR CREDIT. AND FOR ALOT OF YEARS..WE ENJOY THE CREDIT UNION.. MRS.PATSY, MRS.SARAH

This is by far the worst banking institution I have ever used. My family has multiple accounts here and at least once a month they will either deposit in to or withdraw from the wrong account even with deposit slips or withdrawal forms. Then they tell you they can't authorize the correct transaction until you have jumped through so.many hoops that your head spins. I would rather my money be held by the Clinton Foundation or the nearest street corner crack head than for it to be held by this farce of a financial institution. They can never seem to admit their mistakes nor deal with the training issues that cause these constant problems. Please save yourself some financial headaches and busy your money in the back yard instead of giving it to these clowns to use and mismanage.

Usually pretty helpful, but I work for a school where payroll checks are automatically dated the 15th or the 1st. Never had a problem depositing a check a day early, until today. They've let me do it before, but I guess they want me to burn the extra gas and come up again tomorrow. Very poor business practice.

I've never had an issue with this bank, but the Bonifay branch has become complete trash. The branch manager is NOT the manager she needs to be. She doesn't know how to prioritize her work. When someone tries to call her, she does NOT respond in a timely manner... at all. She claims she tries to help people, but in reality, she doesn't help anyone at all. I'm very disappointed in Community South. I'll be changing banks as soon as I can & I am going to recommend to everyone else to do the same thing.
