Went in today for a billing question only to find out I'd been given some bad information at another location. The blonde haired girl that was working today was so patient and helpful. She gets the five stars today. Good customer service is hard to find anymore so it was refreshing to be able to deal with someone who believes in treating people the right way.

just went up on the price to come in and pay my bill...and when I come in to pay the bill the system is acting up and I can't pay my bill.and the store stinks

I've never needed a bridge payment before so I did it and was very unsatisfied with what happened so I left upset thanks to one of the workers I don't know her name she's the nice young lady with the shamrock tattoo on her arm just have done something to my account because when I went back my had been applied to my account I tried to call and thank her but I know they are busy so I figured this was a better way to thank her. Thank you ma'am I'll see you in 6 days.

Very poorly operated business with deplorable customer service. Multiple service and equipment failures required multiple visits. Each visit seemed to incur additional costs with ever more disappointment. Ultimately "Jequel" found the need to put on quite a show of an irregular outrage caught on video 3:15pm 5/25/2022 if the owner "Mr Thomas" cares about how his business is run in his absence. The display of the customer service rep appearing to be race baiting to take things down a dark path escalated to police action, when the irate customer service person went too far. You are best doing business elsewhere. No one needs this....Mr Thomas. You called the store between the time I called 911 at the insistence of Jaquel. Review the video and your conversation. He lied to you, while putting on a show for the trainees. Watch your own video. Your employee is a troublemaker. Bad for business.

Shannon the manager needs customer service training. I was in the store last week and asked that 2 lines be cancelled ... she said she did the cancellation. It was not done and I was charged again today for the 2 lines. I went to the store yesterday for another matter and asked about the cancellation. Shannon was not there and the other person (Aquarius) said she couldn't do anything because Shannon was not answering her phone. Her suggestion was to call Cricket ... I thought they WERE Cricket ... Apparently not... All Cricket stores are independently owned ( by whom? ) and incapable of solving customer problems ... Still trying to figure this out. Today I made the 3rd trip to the Cricket store only to be told by Shannon that she would do nothing and to go call Cricket customer service.. I did do that and after hours of phone calls, and misdirection, Cricket customer service said that Shannon DENIED ever saying that she had cancelled my 2 phone lines. I called her at the store moments ago and she will NOT say to me that she denied that to Cricket Customer Service and then today had the gaul to say that she is not allowed to cancel phone lines. Then why did she tell me last week that she did cancel the lines? She also stated that I threw a box at one of her employees. I am requesting that the store video be saved and that the sheriff be called to review those tapes, because if I am accused of assault by this woman, I want the record set straight. This woman either needs serious therapy or needs to be fired. I pray she gets the therapy she needs in order to perform her job.
