Have been there multiple times. Sometimes there was a long wait, sometimes there wasn’t anyone else waiting. However, I took my 16-year old there because he suddenly felt ill with stuffy nose and a terrible cough last week and he was treated for allergies and prescribed otc Zyrtec. The virus has now infected my whole family and I still do not know what it was since there were no tests for flu/strep/covid preformed. It’s a miserable virus, attacking the lungs first that was obviously contagious but not contained at home or school properly since he just had “bad allergies.” My son is getting better slowly but still has a bad cough. Please test your patients before someone really gets sick. I will not be back.

I was unable to get in to see my GP, however, my fiance had visited NFCH Express, in the past, and recommended them. I had a little bump inside my nose that turned into a severe infection, so paunful I couldn’t sleep. NFCH got me in the same day, after a thorough exam with (Dr.) Christy Peeler, I was prescribed an antibiotic ointment that began working within hours, with full recovery in about six days. The cash fee was less than my GP, no wait, and with polite, and outstanding service. I highly recommend NFCH Express care for urgent care. Faster service, and far less expensive than the ER (or waiting a week to see your GP). Including the visit and RX meds, I believe the total expense was around $100 … and well worth it!

Very impressed with Nurse Practitioner Christy Peeler..having allergy issues affecting my sinuses ..she was very thorough with practical information for a treatment plan ..I highly recommend her..I plan to make them my primary so that I can continue to see them..with pleasant and helpful receptionist and hardly no wait time!

Open as advertised, pleasant staff at check in who quickly got me processed. ARNP Wahl excellent..listened carefully to my issues,& promptly diagnosed my needs. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

Christi Davis is my go-to. She helped me throughout my healthcare journey on a consistent basis and did so professionally and quickly. The team is always so kind, helpful, and patient with all my questions. I recently relocated and trying to find care that compares to Davis will be a challenge. God bless her and the team. <3

Despite their website and their receptionist stating that this facility offers urgent care… it’s not actually an urgent care center and caused issues with insurance coverage because of the misinformation shared

If I could rate this place 0 stars I'd definitely, do it. I called ahead of time to confirm if it was urgent care and how long the wait time was. The receptionist seemed friendly and said there wasn't a wait and they had availability. I wanted to get my ears checked out due to the excruciating pain I was experiencing in my ears. I'd ask if they would be able to clean my ears and the receptionist provided the prices. All was well until I arrived 15 minutes after the phone call. The office was full of people, you had people waiting so long that they eventually dosed off for a nap. Either way, I was committed at this point and signed in. First, the questionnaire threw me for a loop, unnecessary non-medical history related. Once I turned it in, I waited for about an hour and a half. The staff called everyone, even the folks that came in after me to the back. At an hour and thirty minutes and my head feeling like it would pop off, I asked the receptionist how much longer. She replied, "You're next". Great, fantastic, I can get my ears cleaned and be on my way. The nurse practitioner walked in, very cold and distant, and didn't even want to shake hands. Treated me like I was from a third-world country. I had asked if she could clean my ears and she said "Not this visit". She recommended some over-the-counter stuff for congestion and gave me some antibiotics.Apologies for turning this into a novel folks, I just rather give you all the facts. I would not recommend this health care provider to family or friends.

I would not recommend this place. I went in with a severe cough and practically had to beg to get them to do a COVID test. It came back positive and they still wont even prescribe cough medicine.

We seen the Dr. C. Davis-Wester today and she was awesome! My son had not been to a doctor since 2019 when the plandamic hit and needed to refill his meds. She was awesome at understanding what he needed and taking care of it along with solving a skin problem he has had for years. We hope it works. Thank you NFCH Express Care for having such a great doctor.
