We went to the one in chipley FL and the lady was rude I don't recommend it to no one at this location I don't remember her name but she has a brother named Michael Miller I wouldn't have anything to do with him and now the family is mad and they are harassing me on social media telling lies very unprofessional I can't believe you have a person working there like that I will go higher to get them to stop we won't ever be back shame on you all giving out our information very unprofessional and I'm disappointed in you for having someone like that working for you all good day one more thing we are going through some rough times my husband is going through some health issues and sick trying to deal with it don't need no more stress please have them leave us alone very disappointed with your company good day

Excellent schedule process via the app with minimal wait time once I arrived at the location. The tech was friendly and caring. She made the experience as pleasant as possible.

The staff are super nice and friendly. Awesome staff members. The sign in method needs some work. You have to always wait in line to sign in. Most elderly people can't do email and they can't do your computer sign in. You need more than one machine to sign in, because you always have to wait in a line to sign in. Make your system easier for the elderly. Your saving money by having a sign in computer, but your making it hard on the clients. My parents don't have email and they don't know how to operate the sign in machine. AWESOME AND KIND EMPLOYEE'S.

The staff located at the Chipley, FL location are excellent at their job!! I have been to other quest locations in the panhandle area , and none have staff that is as professional and as friendly. The staff keep people moving and on schedule, even walking don't have to wait very long. Excellent service at this location!!

This morning I had blood drawn at Quest Lab in Chipley Florida. Jessica H did an amazing job and so did the rest of the team. I would highly recommend this facility for any blood work needs.

I came without my physician's order and 10 minutes late. My Phlebotomist, Jessica M. was so helpful. Instead of rescheduling me, she was able to appointment me just 10 minutes later and she called my physician for my work order too, all without out missing a step in her workflow. She was so pleasant! Her skills and techniques are also excellent, too. This is a great place to go!!
