Bought groundwork grass seed, which states guaranteed to grow! I asked them if it doesn't germinate can I get a refund or replacement, and they said no problem! No one mentioned that it had to be within 30 days! I bought the product in March and told them I would not plant until 2 or 3rd week in April! I gave the seed 2 1/2 weeks to germinate, and nothing! Must be old seed! Went to store 5th may and told them about it and they said I'm out of luck, but I could file a complaint with groundwork, with no details on how to go about doing that! The bag of seed says guaranteed to grow!!! It doesn't say you can only return within 30 days! I was a loyal customer until now!!
Called the number given and the representative said it's up to the stores discretion! They then forwarded my call to the manufacturer, and my call was
disconected!!

I recently visited the Tractor Supple in Chipley, Florida hoping to purchase an item that was advertised at a sale price. Unfortunately, the store did not honor the sale discount as stated, and I was informed that the item had been placed in the wrong area and was not supposed to be included in the sale. This experience was extremely frustrating and left me disappointed. I was unable to buy the item I needed, which caused an inconvenience for me.
I had hoped the store would uphold its advertised pricing and handle the situation in a customer-friendly manner. Transparency and reliability are key when it comes to shopping experiences, and sadly, this store fell short in both areas. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to avoid similar situations in the future.

Don't bother trying to apply for work here or attempt to shop here, as about half of you will just end up going to harbor freight when you walk inside and can't find anyone or anything you're looking for. And applications frequently go missing when you apply, but management will call you a liar regardless of whether or not you show them that you applied. They play games and make money off people, and that's not something worth supporting.

Hopefully this review makes it to corporate headquarters. This store smells horrible. Straight up rat piss smell. No way this is healthy for employees and customers. Went in today and good lord. Came out sick to my stomach. Ask the employees about it. The one said it give several of them headaches. No doubt in my mind. It's that bad. Will use the SouthPort or Marianna store till they get the problem under control.

Shop here many times throughout the week. Was the go-to place for dog food. The manager wouldn't discount bag like they normally do. If the bag is ripped normally they discount the bag. Last bag in stock of this kind.

Worst place ever I went in last night to get a shot for my dog she said they didn’t have any I seen they have 27 in stock there really they supposed to give me 50% off cause she lied I went back today just left and got what I needed with the help of Lee he was very helpful so whoever worked last night name wasn’t visible and I was upset cause I drove 20 minutes to get there and had to drive 20 minutes again and I knew for a fact they had it cause I checked online agin
