Absolutely terrible place and staff. They released my mail that was signature to receive to my maintenance man who they knew had been taping my mail shut. I spoke to the postmaster Chris when i went in to figure out where my package was and he said he would hold mail because he didn't feel safe sending it here because of the tampering, but then allowed it to be released to the dude?! Havent received mail in months because dude is taping box shut then today i all the sudden have mail from late August?! Now we have an open case due to their negligence and lack of care for people's mail.Tampering with mail and fraudulently letting someone have someone else's mail is illegal Chipley. I know y'all are from the 1700s in this town, but get a grip.

They are a bunch of rude people.. I literally tried to cash a money order here and they said they didn't have the funds and it was an official us mail money order.. it be like going to Your bank and them saying they don't have the funds to cash your check lol.. Needless to say the fine print says nothing about this!!! The postal master refused his bosses name which I found out is illegal not to disclose that information. Needless to say I'll be contacting a lawyer! They want to be petty so can I. These people work for us don't take there b.s.

My package was at the chipley usps location 5 miles from my house. It was supposed to be delivered to my house that same day it was at Chipley USPS. I tracked it again because I didn't get it on the date it was supposed to come. They sent my package way up north on accident after it was already in Chipley. Then back down the chipley. Package was 6 days late. All because someone at the chipley location sent it back out. I called the 1800 number and they said yes. Somone messed up. And that was not supposed to happen.

Mail carrier from chipley usps continues to leave packages in flower bed instead of placing them on porch. Or what ever vehicle is closet to him when he gets out of his car. Which intern has cost me several dollars in ruined material.

We have the best post office around. Great staff, always clean inside & out. Have an issue with mail? Just call or go by, and they'll help you out.

We moved from New England to Chipley couple of years ago. We were very nicely surprised, and still are, by the friendly and welcoming staff at the Post Office. We are very grateful to everyone and especially to Ms. Jennifer for all her help!

Some of the fastest service I’ve seen at a USPS location! Only issue was one of the scales didn’t work when visiting.

Fast service. VERY clean and organized. Most of the time they are very courteous and friendly. Every now and then they have bad/really bad days but I try to understand they don't have the best support as employees so I try to give them grace. MAJORITY of the time it's a pleasant experience. 3 out 5 visits are pleasant...

I was awaiting a fragile keepsake for a child who passed away and the mail carrier stood at my porch and threw the package across it and it slammed against my door. Nice. This post office is terrible and I hate it.

I've never had bad service here but, most of the time the employees have treated me as if they were robots. They do their job but, aren't very personable or particularly friendly. Fantastic location however and very clean.
