“I can’t say enough good things about this convertible top specialist. Every time I place an order, they ship it out immediately and send exactly what I need — no mistakes, no delays. That kind of consistency is hard to find. Today I was in a real pinch and needed parts right away, so I drove to their location. Not only did they have everything in stock, but they took the time to make sure I got the right pieces and got me back on track the same day. That level of customer service is rare. They truly understand old-school car projects and what it takes to keep them moving forward. Reliable, knowledgeable, and always professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone working on a classic or restoration project.”

“I brought my car to Special T Auto Collision after a run-in with a rogue shopping cart and a guardrail I didn't see (don't ask). Not only did they make my car look like it just rolled out of a factory, but they also treated me like royalty. They handled all the nightmare calls with my insurance company. When I picked up my car, it was cleaner inside and out than the day I bought it. If you need body work, go here. They are absolute wizards.”

“You can definitely tell that this place has been around forever, they are excellent, polite, professional and they know what they are doing. It might look like a little hole in the wall but I couldn’t have received better service and communication. My daughter hit a deer, the car was not drive able, I had it towed to the first body shop that popped up on my google search. I’m so glad I did! Thank you affordable auto body! The owner was phenomenal, he told me that all four tires were bald, I had no clue. But he was right! I needed 4 new tires, he also reminded me when I picked it up. That shows that he truly cared about my daughter’s safety. That and he remembered! They service a lot of cars, but he remembered that it needed tires.”

“I highly recommend and we plan to use them for all our automotive needs. We're new to the area and the auto parts store recommended R&B. The prices were very fair and the service was exceptional. We've taken two cars there this week alone. One had been sitting for a few years and we had them look it all over. Most places would've come up with a long list of things to replace but they were honest and told us there was absolutely nothing that was deficient. I was so impressed with the integrity of the staff.”

So I am still in need of a car and about to reach out to them again!!! Hopefully they are still able to help again. Very kind guy very fair and definitely worth spreading the word about him.”

“We had a bearing on our boat trailer come loose on a Sunday, and it was difficult to find the parts we needed because so many places were closed. We stopped by Advance Auto Parts, and not only did they have everything we needed, but Bruce was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our day definitely didn’t go as planned, but the staff went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed to get back on the road. Excellent customer service and a great experience during a stressful situation. Thank you!”

“I am extremely pleased with Auto Air Online and would highly recommend them. I live in Japan and needed a replacement A/C compressor for my 1974 Volkswagen Beetle. The original compressor was an older Sanden SD7H13, Model M8942, and finding the correct replacement was not easy. Rick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Instead of simply selling me a compressor, he carefully checked the specifications of my old unit and asked me to measure the pulley diameter and mounting dimensions and confirm the hose connections and rotation direction. I originally considered an SD7H15, but Rick correctly explained that it would not fit my existing mounting bracket because the mounting dimensions were different. He recommended a genuine Sanden SD7H13 Model 7312 instead. After confirming all the measurements, I ordered the 7312. It was shipped promptly by UPS Express to Japan and arrived safely and in excellent condition. I especially appreciate Rick’s patience and professional technical support throughout the process. This level of service is very valuable when purchasing a specialized automotive part internationally. Thank you, Rick and Auto Air Online, for your excellent service and assistance from the United States all the way to Japan. Nobuaki Takahashi Japan”

“My sweetie and I went to look at a suv at Jenkins Kia of Crystal River and was immediately greeted by Roger as soon as we pulled up who was very helpful and professional, he even gave me a tour of his own personal vehicle which is very nice by the way. Although we initially spoke with Rich who also was very helpful he put us in excellent hands with Roger who was there every step of the process. “I was very happy with the service and how fast they got my tire done. We had a flat onside of the road. This Walmart tire or service department is way better then some other Walmart automotive department. Waited one time 4 hours for tires to be put on and we had a appointment and still waited at another walmart.. and the service men working at the Walmart where the services was good were alot nicer and seemed to know more about mechanics then other stores. Very happy and would go back again”
