“The most aggravating office in the WORLD to get through. These doctors have a call center in the Philippines answering phone. The call center is extremely unprofessional. For some time a nasty girl was leaving messages on voicemail TELLING ME I have to go get my annual or I will lose my Medicare (I WON’T) when I went in later on I played these rude voicemails for one of the docs who seem concerned and did apologize but absolutely nothing was done! You can’t get through to talk to anyone at the office. I tried today for almost 2 hours to only have them pick up phone , hang up or pick up phone and put on hold for over 20 mins before hanging up I am very close to finding someone new I’ve only stayed this long as the ladies in office are super nice and it’s close to home. Let’s face it. Citrus county has horrible health care. I came back to update my stats. Doctor V is really Good and listens. Wasn’t a fan of woo.”

“This was a stress free visit to the Doctors office. From the minute that I stopped at the receptionist window, to checkout was a lovely experience! Doctor Kamat did not rush my appointment at all and listened to what I had to say and was very helpful in answering my questions. So happy to have found Doctor Seema Kamat and her staff!”

I’ve now been a patient for over 3 years, setting aside location and facility, I continue to be a patient because of the outstanding care I receive from Antoinette Frussinetty. She’s everything I’ve looked for in a primary care physician. Antoinette is professional, compassionate and she truly hears me when discussing my overall health. I feel confident that she is making my appointment time and my health her priority in the moment. Antionette is a rare find in this area and I truly appreciate her!!!”

“I had an appointment on 15th July. Jessica greeted me at the door and very nice nurse! While Jessica was getting new patient information of other doctors she made me feel at ease prior to Dr. Tino coming in. Dr. Tino came in and greeted me, and started asking more questions, did what was necessary, and asked if there were any issues I needed to talk about. I felt she was more through than my previous doctor. I also felt like it wasn't a rushed visit like my previous doctor, where I sit in waiting room long time, then sit in exam room long time, then fifteen minutes of his time! Thank you next patient on the assembly line is how I felt at previous doctor! I'm very pleased with Dr. Tino and Jessica, and happy that I made the switch and chose Dr. Tino's office. To each their own, but if you're looking for an attentive doctor who takes her time to listen about YOUR issues I in my opinion only I wouldn't hesitate on trying Dr. Tino, and her nurse Jessica is just as good. You may like Dr. Tino if you try seeing her, I did!”
