“Before coming here, I spent a full day driving around the Crystal River area checking out all the storage facilities. Out of all of them, this one was by far the cleanest and most secure heavy-duty gates, cameras everywhere, and everything well maintained. I’ve had a self-storage unit here for a few months now and have been really impressed, so I decided to start keeping my boat here too. The price is great for what you get, and the staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions. I’ll definitely be bringing all my high-end play toys here! “Wasn't sure what to expect from this facility, since I was coming in from out of state to help a family member. I'd called a couple of weeks before my arrival to get the details on access, trash disposal, and anything else I should know.
I spoke with Alicia, who was very helpful and understanding of what a big job it can be to clean out one of these units. She even gave me the best piece of advice...... coordinate a charity donation truck to come get everything that we weren't keeping. This idea was a life saver!
The place is clean, well,-lit, and secure. You can't go wrong... Call Alicia, and you'll be good to go. Just remember to not leave unwanted items and trash behind!”
“I trailered my 15' Key West from Orlando to Crystal River and used the Pete's Pier boat ramp to launch into the river. The staff at the boat ramp were friendly and helpful and the price to launch and park was fair and well worth the convenience. The ramp is monitored and they ask you to prep your boat in a certain area before launching. The gentleman at the kiosk was friendly and offered help if I needed it. Much more organized and smooth than your typical public ramp. Would highly recommend and I will definitely return.”

“I am so blessed to have found this Storage company. I sold my house and moved to Crystal River and it was only a few blocks away. I have two units! After our houses flooded in the area, we were able to salvage and store what was dry to move on with our lives. I was able to call and get a few more units for my Mom and family. Brandon has been the greatest and is a very good communicator. He has helped me so much and I love having access 24 hours. It is a family owned business and they own the plaza in front. They do have security cameras and I can feel comfortable going in anytime.
I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a storage solution. After the flooding of Hurricanes Idalia and Helene, we knew that even with highway 19 flooding, our units did not get water to them! Everything from location, price and customer service has this the TOP in storage facilities. Thank you, Brandon!

“I moved to Florida and used this facility as temporary storage for my stuff until I found a stable place to live, once I found it a stable rent, I decided to switch to a smaller unit and keep some of my stuff there. At both times, when I rented for the first time, as when I switch units, the staff was so kind that I felt like my own family was helping me, which also makes me feel very calm knowing that my things are safe there. If you are looking for a place where you feel well cared and receive a top quality service, this will be your first choice, as its name says.”
“Decently priced units. Clean and secure with easy online payments.The only drawback is the difficulty in having a trailer in back south corner. It's "literally" impossible to turn around. You'll have to unhitch a trailer, turn it around, 3 point turn around your vehicle and reattach, just to get out. The grounds planners and engineers didn't think about that when they built the property.And some representative, on the phone, are unhelpful. Depends on who answers. One in particular always seems anoyied with answering questions.”
