people go somewhere else they have it set up all calls go to a Call Center in the Philippines! u can't get anyone in any of thrur 3 offices!!! u talk to people in Philippines that can't understand English. this was confirmed! all 3 of their offices they hve it set up like this now! when u call n want to talk to someone u talk to people in Phillipines not ladies in offices.. find another doctor people. they hire people in Philippines not Americans!!

terrible office staff citrus springs office ac broke it was 90 degrees in office staff was nasty especially in front of a 4 year old this person in citrus springs office needs to be fired they way she talked in front of a child she shouldn't be in profession. people please go somewhere else . she embarrassed us etc this lady's attitude was uncalled for never was treated like this in 54 years. maybe should contact lawyer

I am not one to complain and usually very easygoing. BUT, Suncoast Primary Care used to be good. Since they have moved their office, trying to contact anyone is almost impossible. All calls have a very long wait time and are transferred to an answering service who cannot answer any questions. The answering service has a lot of background noise from other workers and very hard to understand and hear what is being said. VERY disappointed in the service this provider has with their patients.

I went there for something minor, ended up leaving in tears. One of their staff was very demeaning and condescending the whole time she was in the room. I have never been to Dr. office and felt so humiliated. ( Just needed my ears cleaned) I left with the same issue I walked in with.

I can't say enough good things about Sheila Villacastin ARNP! She has been a lifesaver, literally. I had been looking for the past 3 years for a doctor or ARNP that I felt like I connected with, that would listen to me, and help figure out the root of issues instead of just throwing pills at me. I found all that and more with Sheila. The office staff have always been kind and courteous and as accommodating as they can.

This place has a large turn over on employees. Why, they do not train properly. They say they will train, that's a joke. First off, they train you for 2 days to maybe a week and a half, then they throw you to the wolf's. They will train you for 1 position and then put you in a completely different position. I was trained for check out, then put on check in without any training at all. The employee that was in check out was trained for check in. The solution would be to swap our position, instead I was fired, you get on the bad side of their GM Kristine, you don't stand a chance. She has let her position go to her headsPa8tients are always complaining about the ph one system, being on hold for 30 minutes to hrs. They are short staffed, only have 3 people in the call center taking calls for 4 offices, 2 Dr's and about 11 PA's, and the offices are to busy to answer the phones. I heard a lot of the patients state that they were switching Dr's, good idea.

I've been trying to reach my primary care physician for 4 days. I was able to leave a message with the answering service but they didn't return my call. The office phone mailboxes are full and the morons in the office don't know how to answer the phones. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from these dorks.

This is the office of incompetence. Omg. I have never seen any business stay in business and run so horribly. The Dr and the nurse practioners not included his huge staff are amongst the worst employees I have ever seen. They play the blame game and suddenly have what you need after they caused a huge scene when you call them they act like they never talked to you before. Omg do not go here. I seen the Dr one time. Two yrs ago. That's wasnt the issue. Lost tests brining me in twice for the same test reults. Acting like I have to tell them what they nedd to do is the real joke. I gave them 4 visits in a row to see if it was a coincidence. Nope. This timw when I finally walked out I had already seen two other patirnts actually screaming and leave. One was a friend of the Dr. And called him on his cell to complain. Do not go here. Do yourself a huge favor. You dont need the aggravation.

I have never ,and I mean never, spoken to anyone when I call I always have to leave a message. This is so frustrating.I have been trying to renew a prescription but to no avail.

BEWARE! As a patient you will not get necessary medical care or important medications. No one answers the phone at any location and you can't leave vm because the mailbox is full. Going on 4 months now.
