“The place is clean, everything works, the prices seem fine to me, and they're open 24 hours! Right off Alt 19, next to a hungry Howie's, a car wash, a tattoo parlor and a Vietnamese restaurant...Heaven! Oh, and you're walking distance to a brewery, a pizza joint and Steve's produce, not to mention the dollar store and super hip downtown Palm Harbor.”

“Dropped off a down comforter and they did a good job getting the stains out from 2 sick kitties. It’s not as fluffy as it was but that will probably come back, seems pretty flat tho. I liked the kiosk drop off and pick up. Very efficient.”
“2025 update: They have since installed an automated/24 hour access system. At first I was skeptical, but it is AWESOME! Super simple to use and you can get your dry cleaning 24/7. What could be better.

“Although there is occasionally equipment out of order, there are usually enough for all customers present. Unfortunately, some customers do not pick up after themselves but the owners are available,if not on property, by phone.
They have a restroom that is always clean and open, chairs to sit on and plenty of folding tables. They always have the TV on with either game shows, news or talent shows. I have been using their laundromat for a year and a half.”

“Easy experience and always open to drop off and pick up. This was my first time using this service and definitely enjoyed the convenience. However, the cost was a bit surprising! Does $46 seem expensive for a puffer winter coat? Not sure, but think I can probably Lynn Evans get done cheaper elsewhere”

“Place was clean and most of the machines were functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think the prices were normal; I don't do coin op laundry unless my machine at home is kaput. There is fast food in the same parking lot and there are several comfy couches to sit in, several picnic style tables, and a kids play area.”

I made a mistake & not only was Grisnelle very respectful & understanding towards me, but she got on the phone with JD & he gave her permission to take care of my issue immediately. “Crown Cleaners is the finest cleaners I've ever dealt with. Not only do they do a wonderful job with my clothes, the service is phenomenal. My mother, who has passed away, had given me a coat that I left there to be cleaned almost 9 months ago. I had forgot about it. I called Crown, not really expecting it to still be there, but it was. Denise was wonderful. She checked and found it and called me back. Can't say enough good things about these folks. Looking for a great cleaners in Palm Harbor? Be sure to give them a try.”

“Took in a suit for pressing they offered a cleaning with turnaround pick up in two days. Went to pick it up, and they said the suit wouldn't be ready for two additional days. Then they couldn't find my suit. I explained when I dropped it off, just a quick press heading out of town, and I need it quick. Was called back 20 minutes later, and it was done, ready for pick up as originally scheduled. They do a great job with the dry cleaning, that's why I go there. Could be a bit better with internal communication and tracking garments.”

Recently a few trips I arrived to find the restroom open and I was so happy I can use it while there for several hours. Tonight I arrive and it is locked again. No place to go when needed.
