Not only was it familiar, all the staff recognized him. One of them even knew that he was a hugger with a book full of car pictures. Great people. “Incredible Customer Service and they have become like visiting a bunch of good friends every time we go there. My family and I have called this OUR family pharmacy since the 1980's when they were next to the Blue-Jay on San Christopher drive, and even back then they had great service. Watching what they have grown into is a wonderful hometown success story after all these years. Unfortunately, I am one of only 2 of the last of my family still here and we both refuse to change to a closer or preferred pharmacy on my insurance. The distance is worth it to know that your RX will be right, and filled in a timely manner. They have even had to special order a med for me and they do everything they can to make sure it arrives as quickly as possible. Steve, Sandy, and the rest of the team are and always have been a 5 ? business and I can only hope and pray that they're still here for many years to come. “They were so kind they actually treated me like a person, an experience that I had not received from the large chain pharmacy I was at prior.They listened to what issues I was experiencing getting my prescriptions filled ,all while Im dealing with a family emergency needing to go out of state. It was minutes prior to them being closed and my prescription still hadn't been sent over until 6:00 pm .Instead of making me come back the next day they actually filled them without any issues. “This place has a Costco nearby, so the gas prices are competitive with those at Costco, so they are cheaper than other Sam's Clubs. However, when people finish shopping and head to the exit during peak hours, they block the way for vehicles heading to the exit without considering the inconvenience to others, and fools even enter from the exit, so regulations are needed! I think everything would be improved if the direction of the fuel trucks was reversed!”

“5 star service. I called a bunch of times to pharmacist over a 2 day period since I was having trouble with communication between My doctor. She didn't once get mad or frustrated and answered my questions without hesitation and a good attitude. Everything was eventually solved and I was able to pick up my meds. Customer service at its finest. Prices for meds were reasonable, even though my insurance wasn't in network. Will be returning next month for a new order.”
