“I cannot overstate what a pleasure it has been to work with St. Mary Pharmacy. My mom is elderly and has had a hard time keeping track of her medications. After multiple failed attempts to get one of the “big box” pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, or even mail order shops like Express Scripts to create blister packs for her, I turned to St. Mary to see what they could do. They not only created the blister packs for her, but they did it promptly and worked seamlessly with her Primary Care Physician to get her prescriptions transferred there. It is SO refreshing to work with the staff there. Talking to “human beings” that remember you and know your situation vs. a call center of random people or whoever happens to be working that day a big box retail outlet has significant improved our customer experience. After just a few visits, Marco, their head pharmacist, knows me and my mom by name, recognizes me when I walk in the door, and always makes the time to answer any questions I have. They’ll also mail your prescriptions directly to your house free of charge if you find that more convenient than showing up there in person. I highly recommend using these guys; especially if you have special/unique needs that require a more personal touch.”

“They were so kind they actually treated me like a person, an experience that I had not received from the large chain pharmacy I was at prior.They listened to what issues I was experiencing getting my prescriptions filled ,all while Im dealing with a family emergency needing to go out of state. It was minutes prior to them being closed and my prescription still hadn't been sent over until 6:00 pm .Instead of making me come back the next day they actually filled them without any issues. “James on duty. 10/17 6:40 pm Doesn't seem that concerned pump wasn't printing receipts. Took a bit of effort but I got him to say he'll tell them. He asked if I used a certain payment method like that would make a difference. He opened it and printed two blank papers. Implied it's working, as if there's nothing to be done. So its not broken? No. I didn't get a receipt... What's wrong with it, is it a machine/computer problem? How can it be fixed? I don't know. [I'm thinking shouldn't he say that he will take it up the chain of command to figure out how it can be resolved?] It's working but its not working? I'll make a note if it. You'll tell them? yes I'll tell them. He did offer to give me a handwritten receipt.”

My fiance and I have different health issues, more than enough issue that require multiple medications.
We have been coming to this pharmacy for approximately 7 years and in that seven years I feel like its family when we walk up to the counter. All the staff at the pharmacy counter are very pleasant, i wish I could remember everyone's name so I could give them credit. But just know that you are the ones that give me my meds and take the payments, thank you.
Recently my fiancé. had several strokes. I went to the pharmacy to check to see if the hospital sent any medication, because it didn't say anything on his discharge paperwork. I explain this to Shannon the pharmacist and he got right on that saw that there was medicine prescribed and immediately filled them without hesitation.
Shannon knows my name and my fiancée's name.Every time we go in he always says hello and calls us by our first name . I also wanna add.
That the pharmacist have this amazing way of remembering a lot of our diagnosis, now that is a feat in itself considering we have multiple.
When our co-payments are too expensive. The pharmacy staff and the pharmacists do their best to see where we can get a discount, sometimes they do this and they don't even tell us that they did.
So in essence this is what i'm talking about. The pharmacy personnel at Publix pharmacy on highlands at labelle plaza has to be one of the best pharmacies that I've ever had the pleasure of going to!!!!
Big shout out to all of you in the pharmacy. I see that you guys are extremely busy and rushing around on certain days. But you still take the time to smile and address us by our name, so thank you!
I don't think the average lay person understands the pressures of working in a pharmacy, the constant phone calls from doctors.The constant calls from patients with questions about medications.The constant stat medications that need to be filled. I can understand this somewhat from being a nurse for thirty years. The medical field and the insurance process has changed drastically and everything has become difficult. The time effort and energy the pharmacist must put in to make sure they are able to cover our medications with our insurance is absolutely amazing!

“Great prices on prescription medications much cheaper! The United States pharmacy wanted to charges me $1,800.00 for 90 day supply & the Canadian pharmacy is less than $400.00 for 90 days. United States big Pharma is out of control with outrageous prices for needed medications. Will be using the Canadian pharmacy for all my high priced scripts going forward.”

“Love this place! They have both buy in bulk items and single buy items, pet supplies, clothing, deli, beer and wine, furniture, herbal products. Mostly buy in bulk. All items are of high quality and their foods are delicious!
There's also a multitude of great bargains there in their electronics department, I noticed and now what the 100 inch Vizio TV selling for around I want to say 800 dollars. I didn't buy it because I had purchased a 75-in Vizio 4 years ago for 3,000 dollars. Now I can't wait for my old TV to break lol??. Vizio picture quality surpassed Sony's about 5 years ago, that's why I went with buying a Vizio project! Also I purchased a Vizio man's watch 180 at a jewelry store at the local mall. Sam's club was selling the same watch for under 100 dollars at Christmas time! Aftershock you can sit down and enjoy a very low priced piece of pizza or hot dog and a drink. Oftentimes I'll go there just for lunch great pizza! I get a large slice of pepperoni pizza for $1.80. Finally, the gasoline typically sells for 30 to 5o cents less a gallon, and I found the cars in line move pretty good Pace! Great jobs Sam's club”
“this is the place. Great counselling on medications. For the meds they can compound, they can do it for less and for 10x the customer service. They cant do everything, but what they do is amazing- saving me a lot of $. Pharmacist Rueben is amazing and (with the whole staff) does a lot to help.”
