Terrible customer service whoever the disrespectful and incompetent young man is that works the 11-7 shift is rude and has no idea what he is doing, I made an online order for a slushy and then used my points to buy 2 free small drinks and he couldn't figure out that he had to scan both bar codes not just one, on top of that he then took my phone and wasted 500 mote points on the same thing then he had the audacity to tell me to leave because I was holding up his line when he didn't understand how his system works and when i asked for my slushy he kept referring to the drinks! If you want to save your sanity and brain cells don't come here at night the cashier is completely disrespectful and incompetent and knows absolutely nothing about customer service!

Cashier has a terrible terrible mucus cold right now, I literally had to ask him not to touch my beverage but he seems a little incoherent and still grabs my beverage by the top of the can!!! I had to go use there sink which was partially blocked off to wash my beverage with soap and water!! I'm not against hard work but if an employee is this sick 7/11 management please give them proper time off to get well!!

Indian guy he said his name is lovy guy is still there according to the reviews I had 2 run in I'm probably waiting my time wrong pricing through out the store and product in wrong place says he just scan and you pay that's it has to be a owners son are something it's no way no way he doesn't care and neither does the store. don't matter never going back there I almost forgot. ITS NO WAY

Yesterday morning, my husband and I went to another location because the first one their latte machine was out of order, so we went to this one on Missouri Ave. Courtney was working, and the milk was out, so she cleaned and replaced it. She also cleaned the syrup machine as well, as clearly this wasn't done the shift before. Courtney did this for us, while waiting on customers and had a pleasant conversation with us. It was so refreshing to actually have an employee who works! Great job Courtney for being such a dedicated employee. Hopefully your boss shares this with you. This has now because my go to 7-11.

The Indian guy who was working tonight had an attitude and was on the phone . He got irritated because he couldn't hear me over the speaker he had blasting music I had to repeat myself 3 times. I wanted the mini tacos & there was a cup made but they were dry and hard so I asked could he make me fresh ones he asked why I couldn't eat the ones that were out and u told him they were dry and I asked him again could he make them fresh he said yea so I'm waiting on him to fix them and he tells me I have to pay first so I said ok we get to the register and he asked me if I picked up any taco sticks and where I put them as if I was stealing and I never even picked them up to begin with . Horrible service they hire literally anyone.

The ladies at this location are amazing, especially the ones in the evening/Night Shift. They are always so kind! They keep it extremely clean & smelling good. They really form a wonderful vibe with their good energy & music Especially the lady with the colorful makeup! I freaking LOVE her!!! Love going in there and seeing her doing her thing & checking how her makeup is that day lol She’s really the only reason I go back to spend my $$ there because let’s be honest she IS the vibe! She’s such a hard worker I hope management takes notice of just how much she does for them and they treat her well. Imo she should at least be promoted to manager at this point because in my eyes she has proven that she deserves that position in the company. She conducts herself the way a manager should which speaks volumes. The first few visits I made to this location (during the day) were not pleasant, the one lady was a bit rude and miserable but I went one afternoon, out of obligation because I no longer wanted to do business with this location based on previous interactions, but I met her and she’s so nice & cool that I said I’d only go back during her shifts and that’s how it’s been for the almost year that I’ve been living nearby.
