Pam and Corey were wonderful in helping me to design my Studio suites and making sure everything fit in the space the way it was supposed to. Pam was kind enough to hold my hand and guide me through the process, helping me to pick the best equipment for my needs and budget. I am eight years in with my equipment and have had no issues other than normal wear and tear and they have been very helpful in managing that. They have become my first and only stop for any of my salon equipment needs. They seem to genuinely care about you and your business.My salon has all American-made stations and chairs by Collins. I've been very happy.

I wanted to thank Courtney in customer service for helping me find a styling chair that would work for my salon and meet the needs of my clients. She responded to my questions promptly and was thorough and professional in every way. She represented this company in such a way I will do business and recommend to others to use this company. Other companies were slow to respond and some weren’t shipping due to Covid.. Sometimes we have to think outside the box and they always are helpful and have great ideas to help my dreams come to fruition! I am so pleased with my equipment purchased here!!!!There was an issue with the foot rest ( from supplier) and they IMMEDIATELY resolved the issue! Incredibly disappointed in this company's communication. After the processing machine we purchased from them died while under warranty we had to chase staff down to get any answers. Unfortunately, the rep told us by phone we would receive a new processor only to find out a month later they would only send us a part to "fix it ourselves". Mind you, when they told us on the phone we'd be getting a new machine, we asked if we needed to send back the old machine, the answer was no, with no other instruction or information, not even a hint that we would need to send it back in the future. Basically they were just saying whatever they needed to in order to get us off the phone. Instead of hoping it would magically fix itself, we disposed of the defective machine. They were incredulous that we would get rid of a machine they told us was defective. The manager's solution was to blame COVID and give us a "deal" on a new machine. Thanks but no thanks.

We spent 30K ordering top of the line Belmont chairs from here. We got a great deal and the funding company was also very reasonable to work with. I would definitely recommend this company. We are in Arizona and did this deal online. Cory was the person I worked with.

Showed up right before closing, felt bad but the staff gladly accepted us in and even walked us through the store to explain what was available. It was my girlfriends 1st purchase so she was a little unsure but they were very patient and helpful, ended up leaving with a salon chair and for a great price! We'll definitely be back when it's time to buy more equipment, not only for the deals but mostly for the great customer service, thanks again :)

I have owned my salon for 9yrs and have leaned on AB salón for all my needs! They have top notch quality inventory! I bought a mat from another place and have been dissatisfied! I want to give a big shout out to AB Salon Equipment. I can not express how helpful and amazing they were in getting me my shampoo chair. They went above and beyond customer service during this difficult time. They turned my stressful day into a day of human kindness and help. I highly recommend doing business with this company. I would like to complement the entire crew at AB Salon Equipment for their outstanding customer service. One of the chairs we purchased about 6 months ago for our med-spa, suddenly froze in one position. The AB service people came immediately to evaluate the chair. At their expense, the company had the replacement electronic part overnighted and installed, within 2 working days. When they arrived to install the part, they brought another chair, as a just-in-case loaner. This is better than 5-star customer service.
