Gave me someone else's ID card when I signed up for insurance when I went back about a week later after I had noticed the door was closed and had a note on it that they were having technical difficulties had to call the 800 number and try to get an updated ID card and go to another location for help. I do not recommend acceptance who is now owned by freeway which is an absolutely horrible company
