Disappointed in Customer service stopped in the store. Because I had to get windshield wipers during a downpour, asked for assistance. I was told buy a store employee they do not have to help if it's raining outside company policy, someone really needs to rethink customer service, will not be back sad.

Advance Auto Parts what can I say thank you I went to AutoZone first to get a battery for my car I was treated kind of not just like a female who got no assistance at all from them they did not assist me at all they did not attempt to assist me I asked about a battery for my truck they told me okay we don't have that battery and used we can find you a new one I said okay and they continue to do and talk about what they were talking about I stood there like a woman I wind up leaving there without any service at all they did not attempt to help me at AutoZone on Gulf to Bay I went down to Advance Auto Parts store not only did they attempt to help me they got me a battery went outside and put it in my car that I wasn't expecting after the way I was treated at AutoZone I definitely didn't think I was going to get 100% help after getting 0% up there I was really treated like a African-American female at the AutoZone on Gulf to Bay by the driver's license bureau if I wasn't as strong African-American woman I'd have probably been in tears those gentlemen has killed chivalry and took it to the next level they do not deserve to work there they do not help people and it was redundant how they treated me as a woman at AutoZone so too Advance Auto Parts thank you thank you thank you

Absolutely trash store and trash company. I bought a part from them a tiny piece to fix the break switch and found out i didnt need it. I came back 2 hours later to return an unopened and untouched product with a receipt and they refused to refund me. Called customer service they also refused to refund me.So I just called the good guys called (my bank) and they took the money back.Thanks for letting the world know how terrible your company is advanced auto parts.

Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding the proper parts for my vehicle. His vast mechanical experience is a great asset to the store. Prices and availability are very reasonable, as well!

I was at this store earlier today, and the lady Wendy really made my day. She was extremely helpful, and I feel like she saved me so much money and time. Very honest and knowledgeable. I wish that there were more employees like her. Because of her, me and my family can get around and get back to NJ safely. Thank you Wendy!!!!

This Advance Auto Parts is the best store around! I like Chris a lot because he is very knowledgeable about a lot of engine's! Him and all the employees there are amazing and go above and beyond to help you! I will never shop elsewhere! I wanna say thanks again to him and the employees that work their! I hope they see this!

Beware advertised hours do not match store hours. Made an online order only to find out the store closes at 6pm not 9pm. Had to travel to back home to re-order online for discounts and travel back to another store. Called the next morning to cancel order and spoke with manager. I voiced my disappointment and was told this was not the first time and the district manager was made aware and has failed to correct the advertised hours. He receives many complaints about this inconvenience. Hopefully this review makes it to the right person.
