Would give 0. Insanely unhelpful, won’t stand by a faulty product they sold me. Advised me to sell it on Craigslist or Facebook. No one at this location has been cooperative whatsoever. Refuses to honor their return or exchange policy.

They do not follow the return policy found on their website. I bought a spool gun from them and used once and it jammed up multiple times. When I tried to return the faulty product they told me to sell the faulty spoolgun on facebook marketplace or Craigslist even though I had just bought it and they had a 30 day return policy on their website. Even when shown the policy on the website the employees were not willing to honor it.

Had a 5lb C02 bottle exchanged here for home kegerator. Cost 41$. Little pricier then discussed on phone and with competitors. But struggled to find somewhere in the area to refill/exchange C02 bottles.

They are very helpful, but over priced oxygen. My 200 tank cost me $64 to swap when other local stores are charging $30-$44.

Very poor customer service. Weve dealt with other welding shops in area just so we dont have to deal with Airgas. Airgas keeps buying them up. Weve been dealing with an issue on our account since October 2022. Been in contact with 5 different people from this location Calling, going there in person, emailing, no return calls, no return emails. Its a joke. Wondee how that location justifies their jobs.
