We were there on a Saturday; a prime grocery shopping day. The staff and prices were great. However, the store was crowded, and there was one cash register open, and 2 self check outs. We had trouble with self checkout, and a line formed behind us. Because of under staffing we had to wait a long time for help. Not great.

Hooray! One register was open and I didn't have to use the "make your customer work" lane. They get a star back (going to 4). There are still too many empty boxes and shelves.
Spacious store that could use a bit more staff. Plenty of empty cardboard boxes on the shelves and an above average number of empty shelves.
I like Aldi and regularly buy produce, canned veggies, and tofu. The reason they get downgraded are to 3 stars are the self checkout registers. I always enjoyed the speed and competence of Aldi cashiers and I bet they can get me out in less than half the time that I need to scan my purchases.
