When I came in Erika welcomed me with a smile and was so kind and patient helping me getting my bills processed on time saving me from getting a late fee. And to also mention how she was multitasking helping others as well as myself ! That’s what you call good service!!

Amscot must not be doing well if they are cutting back store hours and closing so early all over Tampa bay. There are plenty of evening and nightshifters who rely on Amscot for various services. The only 24 hour location in the north half Pinellas county has ONE evening employee and they areas busy as can be. Poor guy was working his butt off with clearly zero support from anyone.

I had an employee name Ms.Erica assess me by cashing a check a bank teller refuse to cash even though the person that wrote the check bank with their Bank. Ms.Erica called and verified all the information, the bank refuse to try to verify anything even though the person that wrote the check left directions for them for anybody that he wrote the check for.
