Today, 1/12/24, between 12-12:30 was my first visit and my last at this location!!!!!I didn’t get the name of the caucasian female behind the counter, because her jacket was covering up her name tag, but she was the RUDEST I ever encountered at Amscot. She asked for my address, I gave her my ID, and explained to her my address showing was my old one and it seemed she had an attitude because I explained that to her, then asking proof of my checking account, I couldn’t pull it up right away and she got an attitude again and walked away from the window, and her co-worker pops up and another attitude behavior, then they switched again, by the time all is done, bc she tells me “have a nice day”I had several transactions done in the past year at other locations and NOT one was as rude as this individual, if there wasn’t the window between us, the forms could have basically been thrown in my face, when I had to sign them, she didn’t explain to sign the back of them and again basically flung them to me.It takes a certain person to be in a customer service position and this individual is not one, at all!!!!!

Requests over the top invasive amounts of information when you only walk in for a simple transaction. Charges you for things without informing you until after the fact.

I went there and tried to explain the best that I could to the female worker (Morgan) what was going on with a payment. She started off rude and disrespectful. She had to make a copy of something and while she turned around she stated in a nasty tone after I was finally able to have her understand what I meant. She should have said that in the first place. Then was rude the rest of the transaction. Do i work in customer service yes. Would I ever be rude and nasty to someone trying to explain something to them of course not. I've never had someone at that store be so rude and nasty.

My wife went here to cash a check and the lady made her wait an hour after a hards day of work to say no. I called customer service while outside waiting for her and they lied to me and said they never cashed that check before when they did 7 times.

This place sucks! I went to get a money order and the female running two windows immediately asked for my ID, I go to other locations and I have never been ask for. She wanted to give her my social, I said I rather not to say my SSN then she asked for my cellphone #, she found a male it was husband who is deceased. Despite the fact I provided my D license she refused to help me because she couldn’t find me on her system. I decided to head to the usual location. Don’t go to this one, specially at night time. Maybe it’s because it 5 de mayo 9:30pm and they just want to go at home ?

Primera y última vez no con los empleados que me atendieron PERO SI CON EL SERVÍCIO AL CLIENTE VIA TELEFONICA SOLO LLAME PARA ACLARAR UNA DUDA LO CUAL PENSÉ QUE ME COBRARON DEMACIADO POR CAMBIAR MI CHEQUE Y ESTE EMPLEADO LO CUAL EL DISE Y QUE ES EL SUPERVISOR EL SEÑOR "ORLANDO" fue una persona muy desagradable tenía una ACTITUD MUY MALA para ser un Supervisor para mi opinión el Dueño de Amscot nunca hubiera tratado a ninguna persona como lo hiso y que este Supervisor sin respeto. Una persona con educación y respeto hacia los demás lo trata igual ya que yo solo le estaba haciendo una simple pregunta El Sr.Orlando deberían mandarlo a tomar un training de servicio al cliente. No siempre el cliente tiene la razón eso es correcto pero si una persona llama como cliente porque tiene una duda lo menos que la persona le dé un buen trato con respeto y le replique lla razón y créanlo la persona se hubiera ido tranquila pero muy clara cual fue la razón para que le cobraran mas. espero puedan entender mi punto de vista el Respeto hacia los demás es la clave para que todo sea claro. First and last time not with the employees who attended me BUT YES WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA TELEPHONE JUST CALL TO CLARIFY A DOUBT WHICH I THOUGHT THEY CHARGED ME TOO MUCH FOR CASHING MY CHECK AND THIS EMPLOYEE WHICH HE SAID AND THAT HE IS THE SUPERVISOR MR "ORLANDO" was a very unpleasant person he had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE to be a Supervisor in my opinion the Owner of Amscot would never have treated any person as he did and that this Supervisor without respect. A person with education and respect towards others treats him the same since I was just asking him a simple question. Mr. Orlando should send him to take a customer service training. The client is not always right, that is correct, but if a person calls as a client because he has a doubt, at least the person treats him well with respect and answers the reason and believe it, the person would have left calmly but very clearly what It was the reason for them to charge more. I hope you can understand my point of view. Respect for others is the key to making everything clear.

I've never had really a bad experience here they have always helped me out regardless of what it was, a cash advance or cashing a check but this morning customer service was DEF NOT their strong point. A BIGger woman with dirty blonde hair and glasses was just rude. Customer service is not her strong point that's for sure. So I looked at my receipt so I could post a name with this review and she signed my receipt "ME" under the amscott associate. It's very early in the morning but this kind of employee is what gives reviews exactly as this one. I understand some people aren't morning people but please learn some manners and a "Have a nice day" wouldn't hurt her either.

I have never needed to use a loan service before but due to Covid and some health issues I had no choice. I wanna say that everybody there is been very kind to me and I don't feel stupid when I go in there asking for money. I know they get a profit off of it however it's still a difficult thing to swallow my pride. I've had to extend it here in there and they have an amazing. I would recommend this to anybody that's struggling and you just need a little bit of cash

The audacity of the people who work here is tremendous. The female employees are very disrespectful and fight with you. I like the Spanish man who works at night, I knew I should have waited a few more hours to go in and handle my business.
