My experience at Arya Mattress in this mall was exceptional! Among the three mattress stores here, Arya stands out for its unique offerings and outstanding customer service.What truly sets Arya apart is its incredible team of employees, particularly Stan. From the moment we stepped in, Stan greeted us warmly and displayed an impressive knowledge of their products. He patiently listened to our preferences and guided us through their collection. Although we initially tried the Sand Key bed and found it wasn't quite the right fit for us, Stan's recommendation of the Copper bed turned out to be perfect – it felt like a dream!Stan's professionalism and dedication to ensuring customers find the ideal mattress truly made our shopping experience enjoyable. Moreover, Scott, the manager, deserves recognition for his adept oversight of the entire process, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.Additionally, I highly recommend the Remedy Three base, which Stan expertly recommended based on our needs. The combination of Stan's guidance and the quality of Arya’s products truly exceeded our expectations.Thank you, Stan, Scott, and the entire team at Arya Mattress, for providing such exceptional service and a beautiful product. We went to the mall after lunch at PF Chang and stopped at a few stores. This Arya mattress store looked very intriguing, so we spent a few minutes there. Joe showed us their most popular mattress with the adjustable bed that had massage, zero g, under bed lights, etc. Some mattresses even come in split tops which we never seen before. He took the time to show it to us even though we told him that we will not purchase because we live in Michigan and only spend a month or so down here. Great place and great staff, so we decided to leave a great review for it. Highly recommend!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Go see Phil! A couple of weeks ago I had been in the mall with my family and walked by the store they had a cooling pillow on display at the store entrance and wow! I could not believe just how wonderful it felt to me. I had never experienced anything like it. Over the last month, I had been searching for things to ease morning migraines without the use of medications. But it was getting more difficult as time went by. I have severe spinal issues and have to wait another month and a half before being able to see a top-notch spine specialist in Tampa. So last night, I decided last minute to go back to the mall and look for the store to try and find that pillow again as another way to ease my migraine because I thought, what do I have to lose, right? Well, I gotta tell ya. I not only woke up this morning with NO Migraine, I also woke up this morning for the first time in over a full year, with NO PAIN in my neck or my shoulders!!! These Pillows are phenomenal!! Next will probably be a base, or a bed, or maybe both!! Either way, GO to his store. Talk to Phil! He is an absolute pleasure to talk to, he is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, products, manufacturing, pricing, materials, and any other questions you may have. And they ship out of state if you have more than one residence and he will be able to recommend the best products for homes in different areas that have varying seasons.

Scott is amazing! Turns out, I know nothing about mattresses. He spent over an hour talking with I and my wife about what we needed, pinpointing all of our issues before we even voiced them. He has killer knowledge about what he does, and we could tell that he loves his job. We will come back to this store when it is our time to buy a new mattress. Thanks, Scott!

The ONLY reason this is a 1 is because I can't give them a ZERO. Horrible customer service, bed worked for 3 days and broke. I'm into week 4 and just received the part and no idea when someone can come out and replace it. Asked about returning the bed and was told I can't. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Save your money and frustration

Me and my girlfriend went across to the Tempurpedic store in the mall looking for a couple of pillows because they were on sale. We went in and unfortunately the sale ended last night... we walked out disappointed that we would have to continue sleeping on our old pillows that we were tired of (ha). We saw across the way Somnis Sleep Systems and Phil greeted us with wide open arms. He explained everything in the store very well and even though we just wanted pillows. We ended up wanted the best of the best in the store. He personally designed their flagship (or should be) mattress the Aria and even though we aren't quite there yet, it seemed to be a fantastic deal. We left happy with just the couple of Zoned Gel Dough pillows (these ones are firmer than the rest (ha)) and are so excited to try them. He gave us an amazing deal even though they were originally priced lower than the Tempurpedic ones. Thank you so much Phil for the great conversation and it was incredible to see your genuine passion for what you are selling. We will send friends and family your way and will be back someday for the Aria!!
