They sold me a defective product. I brought it back with the receipt and they adamantly refused to refund my money or even replace it with the same exact thing. Even the manager was rude and dismissive. They lost a good customer!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. TERRIBLE customer service! I went in yesterday morning and whoever was working the AM shift yesterday October 10, 2023 at the Clearwater store needs to be retrained. I asked an employee for help because I couldn't find an item. The employee proceeded to snap at me, told me they were not going to help, and covered her name tag. I left speechless. That was an awful experience, I won't be back and I advise others to go to a different store like HomeGoods.

Lots of stuff of mostly mediocre quality. Bought a throw for a sofa. Would not go there again unless looking holiday decor and one nearby.

If you have allergies, asthma, COPD, or any form of respiratory issues, avoid this place like the plague. The air in the store is so overwhelmingly polluted with a diffuser, Lord only knows what they're trying to hide, that it’s impossible to come out unscathed. I couldn’t breathe inside long enough to even shop. Why?!?Currently, at home with a massive headache. Thanks a lot AT HOME!??

Buyer beware! I placed an order online using a coupon. My order arrived poorly packed and damaged. First of all there is no way to talk to anyone via the phone you have to send them an email. I sent pictures along with the email showing the broken item and asked them to replace it. Two days later I get a reply that their system will not allow for replacement but they can send me a label to return it. So that means I would have to reorder the item at a higher price since I no longer have the coupon and pay shipping again? That’s insane! Mind you the item is normally $14.95 and I paid $11.95 shipping! I will never shop online with At Home again and strongly encourage others to avoid it! A quick search on the BBB website and I see there are lots of issues, wish I had checked first!

Awesome skull !BUT the button to light the skull up comes directly through the nose! Why ?Also, there’s no on/off switch for the lights installed. To engage you have to manually press the button.

Pretty cool and interesting store. I hadn't been to any previously. Someone working at a nearby furniture suggested it. I was surprised. It's a really good size store with a large variety of items. I'm sure I'll be back. We can't get everything from Target and Costco. I was looking for something very specific. It had to be small because I don't have a lot of space. It had to be priced low because... Well, you know.I found something in the furniture section. It was a little dinged up. I was curious if I could buy it at a discount. There was nobody I could find in the vicinity. I carried the item to the front of the store. I had no intention of carrying it back. I'd either get it at a discount or leave it there. The young lady at the front was very knowledgeable and helpful. And she was pleasant. She told me I could get a 15% discount or I could speak with the manager. That didn't sound fun but I thought, "why not, I'll give it a shot."I'm not really a talk with the manager kind of person. Most often I'd sooner just leave. This was a bit different though. It took a little while but I wasn't in a hurry. Once the manager got there, I showed him a few scratches and dings on the item. He quickly agreed to authorize 50% off. I guess it was a win. As I mentioned, I was a first time customer. I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality or price of this one item. It worked out well in the end though. Also, I saw a lot of nice, interesting things while I was walking through the store. I'm sure I'll be back. I mean, while I was waiting for the manager, I signed up for the rewards program. I guess I have to go back!

I went in to find some pots for my patio except I go into the pots isle and there are almost no pots (like the flower pots) and the little that there was, they were chipped or broken on the shelf. The cleanliness of the store was decent. I'm just kind of disappointed.

Great inventory, lots of pots a gardening items. Large selection of fake plants. However, every time we go there we always get charged for more items then we have. 4 times this has happened with the same cashier. It’s getting annoying. I bought 1 and get charged for 2. Makes me not want to come back. One time ok, 2 times whoops but every time we go it happens.

I visited At Home for the first time yesterday. I was really expecting to get some great deals after looking at the website and seeing some great prices. The store is huge! To my surprise, it was empty of shoppers with maybe one other shopper besides my family. I saw absolutely no staff throughout the store within the hour I wandered about, which is fine I guess because I didn't have any questions at the moment. As far as prices...holy moly was it expensive! I was looking for everything garden (pots, planters, deco, chairs). Every pot and planter I could find was so overpriced. Small planters that I fell in love with were $40 or higher. The only ones on "sale" were small plastic ones that I could still find cheaper somewhere else at regular price. Outdoor planters with no hole in the bottom for drainage were $60 or above...thousands of them! I kept thinking "no wonder there are thousands of them". They were small enough to hold in one hand, no hole for drainage and its $60? There was absolutely nothing with a reasonable price. I figured I'd be spending around $20 or so for an 8" clay-ish pot but clay pots were triple that. I was blown away at the overpriced garden table prices and chairs. They weren't even trying to be competitive. The clearance section only consisted of washcloth bundles for $5 which is the normal price for TJ max and shower curtains marked down to $20. Hmmmm, no. I kept seeing signs for "Mark down" items which drew me to the item only to see it wasn't marked down. Everything else in clearance was either cracked or broken bathroom stuff. On the brighter side, there are a lot of neat things in there. There are some really decent gifts and silk plants and home goods. I found some pretty cool metal music sculptures and tall artificial trees and chairs that would be neat to have (if I had the room). They had bed-in-a-bag sets which seemed like a good deal and if I was in the market for that, I might have been interested. In a nutshell, this is not a bargain shoppers paradise but it was an interesting experience. I might stop in again once I have a coupon but something tells me 10% isn't going to make much of a difference.

It was great! Very clean and the staff was very nice. I thought the prices were much higher than in Georgia that I did not like!!!
