My experience was very bad. Nothing good to say about the treatment by the employee known as Tito. An arrogant lack of respect who does not understand what his role is there. Nor am I going to give details about his lack of professionalism. I will only say that I left there worse than how I entered.

I was impressed by the incompetence and unprofessional conduct of some of the staff here. First issue was that I called ahead to see if they had a particular phone model and memory size in stock. They said yes over the phone but when I arrived in person they all of a sudden realized that they did not have any in stock. They kindly offered to order the phones and I was happy to hear that. However, only one phone arrived in the mail and I called back to realize that only one phone was ordered. While I was still in the store I had mentioned several times that I needed two new phones and was even asked the phone number for each of the phones I wanted to upgrade. When I was informed of their mistake I was offered to have the second phone ordered and for it to be done with expedited shipping at no cost to me. The second phone was suppose to arrive days ago and the UPS tracking still doesn’t even have a delivery date. I’m not sure where the fault lies on that one but I’m giving two stars since the people in the store acknowledged my presence when I walked in and that should count for something.

My experience at the ATT Store in Clearwater was well beyond the normal. The man was kind, patient, and explained my issues clearly. Because of him I have decided to remain on the ATT network. He was outstanding!!!

AT&T is such a great phone service I went yesterday to get a new phone and they were just amazing people especially Tito and victor plus one other guy whos name can’t remember but the were truly just amazing people .

My husband had been having trouble with his phone and we went into the AT&T store for advice. Devon Abeyta, the Manager, was so helpful. He answered all my husband's questions and showed him how to operate the phone simply. He also went "the extra mile" in eliminating unwanted apps and making the phone even more efficient and simpler to use! We left with BIG smiles, VERY THANKFUL for the help and care given to us by Devon.Devon is an great asset to this company!!

I went to this store to have my old att phone that was upgraded shipped to att. They said they could not do it because I have a mail tag that was sent with my new phone and have to mail my old phone through post office. When i want to another att store, they did it for me without question. The learning in this experience is that the staff in this att branch is lazy and would outright dismiss a customer if they do not earn money. Do not go to this branch if you want sincere customer service.

Just got my new phone setup at the Clearwater store on East Bay by sales Associate, Dylan . Couldn’t ask for better service. This young man was knowledgeable, efficient and fun to work with. Ask for Dylan !

Jose gave me the BEST experience! To be honest, I have had a lot of issues with AT&T over the last 15yrs of being a customer with them, and many times the store employees have been very disappointing, but Jose is the exception! He is professional, knowledgeable, works quickly, and has a great attitude! His location is not the closest to me, but to work with him is worth the drive! I hope the company sees this review and gives this man a well deserved raise!!!
