Brandon was kind, professional and full of knowledge. I didn’t have to wait he took care and answered all of our questions plus some. AT&T store on 580. This store should be your first stop all the other AT&T’s will end up sending you here. But take my word it is worth going because I highly recommend Brandon.

It was a pleasure purchasing a new phone, assisted by Melissa. Having been looking for a good deal in my quest to purchase for a few weeks, I first attempted to go through my service provider, T-Mobil. However, their in-store service team was not friendly and basically told me that they had nothing to offer a current customer. Verizon was also a no-go! My daughter said that her provider, AT&T had some pretty good incentives and that she would go with me to inquire. All I can say is I switched to AT&T right then and there, and Melissa made everything seamless...in a matter of minutes I had my beautiful new iPhone❣️

Alex was great to work with on the unique problem I was having. He was able to do in just a few seconds what the staff at another corporate store had been unable to do in 8 visits. I give Alex the highest recommendation and will tell my friends to go to this store to get someone that really knows what he is doing. Great job!!

My father recently passed and I needed assistance with transferring my grandmas phone to my plan from his account.
Adriano was so helpful and kind to me during this stressful time. He went above and beyond to assist me and it was obvious he genuinely cared to provide me with quality service. My five stars is 100% for Adriano. Thank you!!

I’m a longtime ATT mobile customer, but this was my first visit to this store. I went to replace my old iPhone and was luckily served by Adriano who was perfect! Knowledgeable and patient in clearly explaining my options, he took the time to make sure I made the right choice and to explain the new phone. Finally, he transferred all my data. Very satisfied!

We are from the UK and had severe problems with our AT&T prepaid phone, not making or receiving calls. Luckily we found this AT&T store and went in and were greeted by Lidia who was exceptonal in her patience and proffesionalism. She also got Sergio involved as it was not a simple fix by any means. She eventually had to put a call through to Prepaid Customer Service and after some explaining managed to get our problem sorted. Both of them were extremely patient and helpful. We would recommend this store to anyone that has a problem with AT&T cellular
