I really like this store the first time I came to this location the staff was amazing but for the most part I highly recommend you ask for Jay or Sam they will work with you. For example Jay & Sam help me with my phone. They will help you will anything.

Ordered a new phone with Christopher today. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the product aswell as making the switch from iPhone to Samsung very easy and fast !! 10/10

First customer at this location this morning and Sam and Chris were very friendly, but unable to help me due to state of phone, went to apple International got a new phone with insurance, brought it back (told them I was coming back) and Sam helped me immediately and made me happy! Drake was the playlist which is a good choice of music but does seem a little fruity, (Chris) but overall I would be a returning customer to see Sam & Chris!!! Thank you guys!

I pre-ordered my very first IPhone 16 Pro Max in the AT&T store on September 16th it is now October 20th and I'm still waiting on my white pre-ordered phone. Customers ordered in the store the same phone I ordered in white just this past Monday not even a week pass and they already have their new iPhone 16 pro max. I've been with AT&T for many many year's, how incompetent could they be. Absolutely no one have a clue why it's taking my phone so long to reach me. I spoke with the loyalty department and they were absolutely clueless. I've been nothing but patient with AT&T. It's almost 2 months and I'm still waiting on my new iPhone 16 pro max. I'm considering switching over to Verizon because AT&T made the whole experience ordering my very first iPhone ever very bitter. Verizon is expensive but they have way better service and competent employees working for them. For over a month every week I waste gas driving to AT&T just to make sure my pre-ordered phone arrived and just yesterday I drove over to AT&T and still NO PHONE. NO TRACKING, NO EMAILS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I canceled that pre-order and placed a new order yesterday October 19, 2024 hopefully I receive this new order soon 🙏🏼

I just want to say that even though Att as whole can greatly improve on the truth(s) that they are marketing/ selling to the people you still have “The People” like Jay and Sam who are willing to do the right thing and create a true environment of transparency while going above and beyond to ensure that the truth in the questions are not only answered but additional information that will assist you on this path of service is not only given with confidence but courtesy! The two gentlemen Jeamal aka Jay and Sam who I believe runs this location were definitely a dynamic duo in not only being informative but in there own way allowed you to feel as if you are part of a process from start to finish which isn’t portrayed at many other ATT locations! Not only did my life partner and I get direct TRUTH(S) to our questions in regards to finding out how mislead we were by the original selling agents at another location but for the most part we both had been able to come to better understanding and provided a resolve on what can be done to resolve our concerns even after already making the choice to just accept canceling out the service altogether! These two gentlemen and scholars are VERY VERY great at the craft of persuasion while still providing a common ground of understanding! Came in with filled with distrust of the brand itself and left feeling restored all because Jay and Sam took the time… real- time to show and prove what service is all about while giving us a true AT&T experience! Thank you for being what the brand is and should be!!!

We had a great experience at this AT&T store! The two young men that waited on us were great! We were there quite some time doing our upgrades and it was painless. The store was very busy and these men handled each customer as a priority! They were able to help everyone as quickly as possible and worked very well together. I would recommend and refer anyone I know to use this location and AT&T! These guys deserve a ten star rating! Thanks

Sam is the man!!!!! I’ve been a customer for over 20, I wasn’t sure what we were walking into as we have dealt with a lot of different people but, he was amazing super professional super nice guy. I wish every location had a Sam.

Says they are open online and they are not. Everything else in the complex is open but them. 3 cars sitting outside waiting for help, but store is closed.

Alejandro, at AT&T store on East Bay Drive, Clearwater, Florida was very nice, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I went to replace my IPhone 8 to a newer one.
