I was greeted with a very rude front desk person with a very nasty attitude. I’m not sure why he was rude to me. I only asked him a simple question. He was also rude to a customer on the phone. Very unprofessional. The other guys were nice and professional. I truly believe that the rude one should pursue a career that’s not in customer service because he is not a nice person. He was even really nice to two other customers that were in there. I just don’t understand at all. I was sent there by the dealership where I purchased my car. I would never go back there for service. Seems like a nice place though…

I go here for maintenance on my car as well as oil changes. Gustavo is the best. He is very honest each time I go and does not pressure me into getting unnecessary work done. He always calls me into the garage to show me the work he has done and what may need to be done in the future. I’d give him and the shop 10000 stars if possible.

I always have a problem here and leave with no service. They also don't tell you you need an appointment ahead of time if you buy something on groupon. 0 stars.

Been taking both our trucks there for a few years. Great work, never tell us we need something when we don’t. Referred a friend with a Yukon for ac not working. They got an estimate from a dealership for 8k. ASE said it only needed Freon. They have a new happy customer

Great! Owner was there and juggling the workload like an Expert! Call and get an appointment! These guys are super and did my oil change pretty quickly! I'll definitely be making my next appointment with them for sure!

I’ve never felt so taken care of at a shop before. I came in for an alignment that I paid for on Groupon (don't go to Rnr tire if you want to use a groupon) and they've been so extremely thorough…my case is more complicated because I just installed a rack and pinion at home and made a mistake keeping my wheel straight when installing and at this shop they’ve been working on my car for 2.5 hours so far. At RNR they do your alignment in 20 minutes then you get on the road and it’s worse than before…they certainly don’t test drive it after at RNR but here they test drove it twice! Seriously these folks are gold. I drove all the way from Brandon to Clearwater and it’s worth it.

This place is fast and efficient. The owner just got back from vacation and had several vehicles to take care of, I got my tires rotated and a full synthetic oil change. My family all goes here for service and I definitely will be back. This is a hidden gem.
