I drove up from Sarasota, it took me 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon. I pulled in at 2pm. As I knew they closed at 5 PM on Sunday. So figured that would give me 3 hours to do the paperwork to purchase the Corvette. I was I'm going to buy that day. The Corvette was even parked directly out front of all their main offices, where be impossible not to see me. I was sitting out there for over 30 minutes looking at the vehicle, waiting for someone to come.Ask if I needed help well, needless to say several employees drove by that worked at the dealership. As they were parking cars, and we're moving cars. Absolute worst customer service i've ever seen at a dealership. And what a waste of time, not only a 2 hour drive each way, but the time it took me to go get a cashier's check to pay for the Corvette. I couldn't have been more disappointed in the way that dealership is ran. But everything happens for a reason, I guess. If I could have, I would've given them zero stars for wasting my time like they did.

Bought A Honda pilot about 6 weeks ago from here and was told and shown a “certified” check list . Well I noticed while driving the 2 hours home in Tampa traffic the brakes were squealing so that would have to be changed. Already knew 2 tires were gonna need to be replaced. Got home and a true HONDA mechanic looked it over and not only the tires, the brakes, ball bearings, broken fog light (low to the ground and didn’t see) the Key entry was broken!! So if the battery dies the key fob won’t work. How do you sell a car with a broken key entry? Called to ask where I could get this fixed twice and no one ever called me back. Soooo take it on a road trip. Out of state, battery DIES!!!! So now we have brakes, tires, ball bearings, broken light, broken lock and BATTERY!!! A true look over of a car would’ve revealed several of these things.DO NOT BUY HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would !

Scheduled service for my first oil change since buying my CRV. I was pleasantly surprised to learn Honda picks up the first oil change and tire rotation. Craig met me at my car and was very pleasant and explained everything. The wait was not long and I was out of the dealer in less than an hour. Overall a great experience, I would recommend using AutoNation Honda.

Changing my review because I’ve spent over $4,000 on repairs for my car this year with AutoNation Honda’s service department and I’m STILL having issues. They don’t seem to keep very good records of service (attached screenshot is from a text received on May 28th), and have ignored issues that I asked them to fix (slow leak in rear passenger side tire) just to look at features in the car that I could care less about (navigation system). The last time I brought my car in for my brakes and to have my electrical system looked at. They told me my battery and electrical system were fine, brakes were fixed. However, since then I was sent an email asking me to come back to address electrical issues with my car. I feel like I’m being taken for a fool. This is so disappointing because the service advisors are very nice and I’ve been taking my car here for years. However, I can no longer trust that the service department is doing right by me because I shouldn’t have to take my car in every few months for service, regardless of the vehicle being over 100,000 miles. I won’t be returning.

I recently purchased a 2023 Honda Civic and had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My Salesperson Ricardo patiently answered all my questions. He took the time to explain the advanced features that the vehicle has. The purchase process wasn't any different, the finance manager Yordan explained all the terms of the loan clearly. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently.
Overall I highly recommend Autonation Honda Clearwater, especially Ricardo and Yordan. You sure to leave with a new car and great experience.

I bought a new 2025 Ridgeline BE about a week ago. My salesman Jake was absolutely great to work with.
I called prior to arriving and Jake had me all setup and ready to take a test drive. I spent a total of two hours, from test drive to pulling out of the lot.
The financing is great! I got exactly what I wanted along with an excellent bumper to bumper and power train warranty for 10yr/100,000mi.
The list goes on!
