It's always a pleasure having my car serviced at AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater. From my service advisor Victor, Mark who greets me when I drive in, Earl the technician, the lady who answers the phone when I call, to the price for my service....the whole place gives an elite experience. I won't go anywhere else, even if someday I don't drive a Lincoln because they can do regular service on all kinds of cars! The best!

Had our 2020 Aviator serviced at Auto Nation Clearwater. We arrived a couple minutes early and not knowing where to go we pulled inside the large service bay. We stayed in the vehicle a few minutes as one of the service techs glanced at us but didn't acknowledge our presence. Covid concerns maybe. After a few minutes we exited our vehicle and approached the service window. Finally, someone came out to greet us. Once this ocurred everything was great. Celso was a pleasure to work with. We reviewed our service requirements and he arranged a loaner vehicle. When the vehicle was ready they had it delivered to our condo. We were delighted that they washed and polished the exterior. This was our first time at this dealership and couldn't be more satisfied.

I was very happy with my service. Everyone treats me like family. They explain everything about the car. I was signed up to take a class from Jef which I did yesterday and it was very informative. As all the others mike Carmondy , Robert ,Ed and Chris were all helpful. George service manager welcomed me to call or come any time I need help. I chose auto nations because of this ream they treat me like a human not like the other garages I have visited.. Thank to everyone at auto nations Lincoln .
