Store was well stocked. The mall was not busy & neither was this store. Only 2 people working that I could see. Ok w me. Found a great deal on some seasonal wallflower sent plug refills.

I went to the Countryside store last week to shop for our home and a few gifts. After trying some of the new scented lotions and soaps, I washed my hands at their little sink. I was wearing 3 special, stacked gold rings, and without realizing it, the top one came off in the paper towel I used. Because the other two remained on, I didn't notice until I saw my hand on the car steering wheel. I quickly dialed the store, and frantically explained the situation to Mo. I asked her to please make sure that no one emptied the garbage can before I returned so that I could look through the paper towels. She assured me she would pass on my message. When I arrived fifteen minutes later, I found Mo had passed on my message to the store manager, Kathleen, who went through the paper towels in the garbage can HERSELF, and found my ring! The staff at this store is always friendly and helpful, but this was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you, Kathleen. I am forever grateful.

I went to this location yesterday & the staff just isn't in the right industry. I had a return & exchange as soon as I entered the store was asked if I had an exchange which is understandable but the girl asks if I had a receipt. Even I didn't that should be the second question upon entering the store, than the terrible mannerism continued at the register. This corporation needs to do a BETTER job at training these employees especially on how to do a simple exchange/return. As for these girls please look for a job that doesn't consist of working with the public

Normally I would give 5 stars but yesterday this lady (with mask) so I can identify her screamed at me because I had a return and she had just done 3 returns. Everyone was very apologetic- but no one stopped this lady from
Screaming at me and my daughter. Who does that? Have another pick up to do and am just changing stores. It’s too uncomfortable and that lady might be there. No thanks

The staff here are genuinely nice people that are helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy and I wasnt stopped every two feet to be told about a sale.
