They need better customer service skills. Don't waste your time with this bank, they don't return emails or calls, it's apparent they don't care about their customers.

As soon as my loan is paid I am never banking with this bank ever again. Rudest bankers I've ever encountered. Absolutely useless over the phone. Charges me randomly out of nowhere and when I call to resolve the issue I am only met with idiots over the phone that run me in circles. They also never return emails or calls.This is the worst banking experience I have ever encountered.Please be weary when thinking to sign up to this bank, they will steal your money.

I’ve recently joined BayFirst. I’ve had the best experience thus far. Working closely with the employees has been the easiest process. They’ve made all my transactions so smooth. They are on top of every request. The processing times are quick and reasonable. There isn’t any reason not to join! They are amazing!

I received excellent service from Ginny Mercado at Bay First in Countryside. I was interested in a Home Equity Loan and she explained everything throughly. It was a pleasure working with her as she walked me through the process. I have to say, the first time I even walked into the bank I was met with a friendly hello from their employees.If you are looking for a friendly and efficient bank, I would highly recommend you stop by their bank.

BayFirst has been a dream bank for me. They have gotten my business and personal accounts set up in a matter of minutes, got me set up with mobile banking as soon as I applied for it and Ginny is my favorite Branch Manager ever because she is so pleasant to work with and so responsive when I contact her.
