Horrible Bank. Almost got me Evicted. Put Ridiculous hold on a check that was only 2300 dollars. Almost two weeks wait time to get funds. I will be leaving this Bank when my funds are released

I agree with the post below, worst cutomer service ive ever experienced too. Let me just say they always put excessive holds on any check that comes through. I stated we were looking for a house, check came from a trust fund. Wont call to verify funds on the check. Lady in the drive through stated "its not my problem" when i described why we needed our funds sooner than 12 days. she doesnt belong in customer service.If you want exceptional customer service. Work with the caladesi branch. I will never again visit this particular branch or make that mistake with my money again.If i had the time id file complaints.

I was walking from Publix toward Lakeview to go home with my groceries. Passing by the bank to reach the road, I slipped on the wet walkway of the bank and sprained my wrist. Luckily I had no glass in my bags to break. The bank needs to scrub the very slippery when wet walkway before they face public lawsuits. Very dangerous and neglectful of the bank not to maintain safe walkways.

Me and my family have been working with this bank branch for around 6 years and we are very happy and satisfied for all the services and the human collaboration we have. Alisa and Nick are wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Really wish the ATM was more reliable it seems to be out of order an exorbitant amount of time!!! Besides that great bank and people at this branch.

Extremely disappointed in this branch. Nick needs customer service training. I've been waiting for a call back from him for over a WEEK. All I wanted to do was open a new joint account with my mother. However, it seems they will only open an account if she comes to the branch in person, which is not possible because she is physically disabled. I suggested telephone and video as an alternative but all I got was "I'll ask for an exception" and never even got a call back. If my mother had a million dollars to deposit, I think I would have a much easier time. I will be moving my accounts from Truist, I've had enough. and this latest experience confirms I am making the right decision. Hey Truist, have you ever heard of the ADA? Because you are refusing my mother's right to financial services based on her disability. Maybe you should study up on it. And also revisit customer service skills. It's basic professional courtesy to call the customer back, even if you don't yet have an answer. I'm done with Truist.

The one guy that works as a teller is a complete t**** he’s very rude and argumentive and will never go the extra mile to help me out… do not come to this bank..

I opened an account here two years ago. Since then I have always been a small depositor. I mostly opened the account because my pay checks are drawn on this bank and doing so saved me money. Despite rarely having more than a few hundred dollars in the account at any time, they have treated me like I was their biggest depositor every single time. They are the nicest people. They bend over backwards to help you whenever they can. I don't think I have ever waited more than about two minutes in line and most of the time I can just walk right up to a teller without any lines at all. This is by far the best bank I have ever done business with since 1976.

The service here is very poor!!! They are rude and they made my sister feel small saying her check was fake whispering very rude!! Just know if I was their this definitely wouldn’t of happened!! She came in to cash her check! Do not come to this bank!!

Very poor service. The drive thru failed to open on time today (Oct 30th 2019). The bank door, drive thru window, and website all state 830am for the drive thru and 9am for the lobby. Yet the drive thru opened at 9am (with the lobby). The teller was frazzled and rude. It took a very long time to make a cash deposit. I truly hope this doesn't continue at this branch, otherwise I will be forced to change banks.

Alisa is very good at getting things done
