Unsurprisingly, Truist continues to disappoint again and again. I stopped in here to do a currency exchange (€ to $) and was told "we send everyone to the mall to do that" and "it's a whole process to do it here," and when I pushed and said I'd really prefer to do it through them as I don't need the money immediately, they said "come back tomorrow we're too busy today" (I was the ONLY person at the teller's stand). You're my bank. I should be able to stop in at any branch and initiate a currency exchange. I am aware it takes a day or two; I just don't want to get screwed with third party fees. And I know for a fact Truist does do currency exchange because I've done it before at other branched. I've moved most of my money out of my Truist accounts and at this point I'm pretty close to just closing all accounts and my business with them altogether. What a joke.

In the years that our company has been dealing with this Truist, I can say that we have NEVER received better customer service than when we deal with Claudia. From her friendly, helpful demeanor and her big, pretty smile every time she greets her customers, she brings a personal element to each of her customers, making them feel that they are her top priority! You have a gem of an employee here at the Sunset Truist! Claudia, thank you for all that you do! :-)

Worst bank branch in existence.They can’t get anything done without a 30 minute hassle.Save yourself the trouble and go to any other bank branch.Every other truist location seems to be able to operate without hassling and delaying their customers.

Michael the manager here is by far the worst face to represent this company. He is impolite, talks over you and doesn't listen. This bank is awful as a whole. It's unfortunate that they don't value their customers and hire horrific managers like Michael that just don't care.

I have been banking here for almost 14 years, and have found this branch to be staffed with very courteous professionals, who are always friendly and helpful. I have rarely had to wait very long for service, and on those occasions when I did, it was because I arrived at a very busy time. Transactions are done quickly and smoothly. Once, several years ago, the day before I was to leave on vacation, there was a fraud on my debit card, which BB&T security discovered, and handled the situation to my satisfaction very fast, my account was restored, new card was sent over night to an out of state address that I authorized. I like this bank very much, and the wonderful people who work there.

My husband and I love this bank and the people that work here. Patrice and Nancy are the sweetest. So helpful. What i like about them is that they remember our names and they always ask about my husband when he doesnt come in with me. Exellent customer service
