it’s a shame Best Buy does not offer a military discount. However, if you’re looking to buy any samsung products skip purchasing at Best Buy you can go to Samsung directly and they offer a 10% military discount program. I just bought 1,200 dollar monitor and received 10% off.

Six employees were standing at customer service check out with no customers. Meanwhile I ask for some help to purchase a tablet never got help even after Michael at the front door walkie-talkie for someone to assist me very disappointing.

Only reason we visited this place was to purchase phone cases for the new iPhones. One impressive feature of this iteration of the electronics superstore: greeter! The older lady sitting near the entrance was cordial and helpful too. We told her we were looking for cases and she pointed us right where we needed to go, plus the correct part of the aisle and shelf! She was doing the same for other folks who entered after we did. She also helped us with another small issue; wish I got her name...oops! After we got our stuff, we had the girl at the service area put the cases on the phones as well as cash us out. She and her colleague were both busy helping folks with looking for specific products and getting them set up, etc. Different from the geek squad, but still a helping hand where it's needed. Store is just as big and well-ordered (more like chaotic) than any other BB I've ever visited. If ever I need a Jumbotron or Xbox, then maybe I'll return here. Otherwise, I really don't have a whole lot to say about them.

walking into this store you're on your own. so hard to get any help. tried to get someone but they always say they are helping some one else. I swear they don't like working because i seen them just stand there and talk to other workers. happened 2x.

Worst shopping experience. The sales team were incredibly rude. I couldn't finish a sentence attempting to ask a question. After waiting for someone to help me. Incredibly rude. I won't be back.

Went in today to get an Apple Watch and was passed up by the worker several times even after telling him what I wanted. He helped the next guest find a case and answered a bunch of questions, which is great but I told him exactly what I wanted before the other guest came over. Just wish that would have been handled different

Bought 9700$ of TV, sound stuff and brackets. Paid $900 to have it brought out and installed. From that point on it's too long a story to give all the details but let's just say a company couldn't mess it up more if they were actually trying to. A miserable week of screw ups from Best Buy's delivery people and I finally cancelled the entire ordered. I took 2 days off from work for nothing. I'd never buy from Best Buy ever again.

The location I use is in Clearwater at the intersection of Hwy 19 and Drew St. I went in to get help with a phone I purchased the day before. They were not very busy and it was very hard to find help. I think (especially around holidays) they should have more available experienced employees.

bought a Tv from a manager last year and was told our warranty would cover physical damage, and yet fast forward today our son broke it (2) and they can't do anything about it. their solution was to email the district manager to a Rafael Gonzalez who couldn't even take a few minutes out of his day to email me back. Their quick to take your money don't even mine lying to your face but need anything Gl with that. This place has gone down hill, will be canceling the Best Buy card as well as never returning. Big thank you to Rafael for never reaching out to me

Had another great experience with Best Buy. My old computer needed some work. After Geek Squad had a look, we decided it was best to replace it. I like to edit videos, so they recommended a gaming computer, which I thought was kind of funny but made sense. They recommended a Cyberpower Pc. I'm not a gamer, but for the free month that I get included with the purchase, I'll probably play some games with my kids just for the fun of it. I love the computer and the side perk is that it's SO pretty with all of the cool rainbow lights. It's still pretty new to me, but I'm pretty excited to see what it can do. I feel like this is a great purchase that will last me a long time.
