BJ's Wholesale Club offers bulk groceries, paper products, TVs, tires, and holiday items. Many reviews highlight the good selection, clean store, and early opening hours. The bakery receives praise for its affordable cakes and cupcakes, while the deli, meat department, and most employees are described as wonderful, helpful, and trying very hard. Customers report finding good value and nice prices on a haul of goodies. The gas station is noted for cheap gas prices. However, several areas need improvement. The parking lot and gas station area are described as a safety hazard, feeling like a death trap or vortex, with poor traffic flow and near accidents. Accessibility from disabled parking spots to the front door is unclear. The gas station often has only one cashier, causing long waits. Product availability can be hit or miss, especially with produce expiration dates, which are not always clearly marked. Telephone customer service can be jarring, sometimes applying incorrect charges and making the customer feel at fault. The coupon system is frustrating; customers want automatic discounts like other stores instead of hunting for coupons, which can also be difficult to find online. Some feel overly pressured about membership renewals at the customer service desk. While the store has good deals, some feel customer service needs to be better overall, noting that great gas prices are a key positive.

Here at the Gas station love how cheap their gas is but they only have one cashier at the stand I needed to pay cash for gas and had to wait over ten mins for the lady to get back to the cash register as she empty the trash cans.

Gerald B helped us a lot in the budget department. He was really friendly and all smiles, he helped us with whatever we asked him for.
