This place is pretty solid. I'm a huge Marvel fan and they always got what I need. I specifically came in looking for Spider-Man and the employees were right on it and directed me to their Marvel section. The customer service was on point and they checked up on me through out my visit. Overall the store was neat, clean, and I will definitely be back. 10/10 visit.

I was there not too long ago looking for the BG3 pop figures hearing rumors about them dropping early. I had met a kind employee named Elisabet who helped me find the first two and told me to check back later as she would keep looking for them. I came back about 45 min later and she had the two others i was looking for!!!! Such amazing staff here and i will always continue shopping here!

My boyfriend and I honestly LOVE this store. But last time we were here we were double charged. We have the receipt and we have called the store and customer service but NO ONE can figure out how to give us our money back. Very disappointing considering we love going here! :(

After seeing the new Deadpool and Wolverine movie I made a trip to this Boxlunch! Elisabeth was nice enough to let me know shirts and hats were bogo 50% off. I got a new Wolverine hat and my partner a Deadpool shirt. She went above and beyond to help me use my rewards to the fullest while also getting 30% off!

Love this store, they always have the coolest things but I'm writing about the two employees that were helpful to me today. One was a young black guy with killer makeup and a bold red lip and the other was this chill white girl with short hair. I was in a jam and needed to charge my phone and I have a Samsung so finding a charger can be a struggle lol. I asked the girl and she was nice enough to charge my phone with one of the computer cords while I waited for my mom to show up. I looked around and actually had a conversation with them about Sam and Colby(youtubers) and Blackpink. The store itself was cool as always and I appreciate these two employees alot❤️.

Very rude and unprofessional staff on a power trip. We were there tonight 11/10 around 5:30 pm. We were attending a birthday party at the mall and we had a group of 10 girls. They each had money to spend and were excited to visit box lunch, hot topic, Claire’s, etc. Every store was soo nice to all the girls except Box lunch. The two ladies were super rude to our girls. The girl with the short hair literally told our girls not to come back. Our girls were not misbehaving in anyway but just excited to spend their money and hyper. I will not be shopping at this overpriced store anytime in the future. I hope the ladies on a power trip figure out that their job is in customer service. They should consider a new career path since they literally drove away business from this store.

First time I've been in here it was so cool they had so much stuff and even had a great clearance rack with an extra 50 % off the lowest tag found so.e goodies definitely will be back

I love and hate the store. I love it because there’s so many things to buy and so many cute items and collections and I hate it because I have spent money honest I love this store honestly better than the hot topic there’s more variety there’s more things and hot topic you can go in 2015 and go back in 2020 and nothing has changed and here every time that I go, I see some thing near which I love definitely recommend
