On Friday the morning after a hurricane in Florida I go to this gas station to purchase gas I put my card in I purchased gas but it does not provide me a receipt this is not the first time that this has happened. So I go inside to get a receipt for my purchase while I'm there I pick up some other items to purchase in the store the additional item that I attempted to purchase came to a little bit less than $5 this clerk asked me to go back to my car to get cash cuz she couldn't take a credit card for less than $5. I understand as a norm that many Merchants have placed a $5 minimum purchase when taking credit cards and I understand why because I too have been a merchant however you've just inconvenience me because you say your pump does not provide receipts on two of your pumps and the other two don't take credit cards but you have no notice on the pump so customers don't know that in advance. So you've inconvenience me and you would not accept my credit card payment because it didn't meet the $5 threshold. Shame on you that you thought this was the way to treat a customer that you've just inconvenience and missed out on not only an additional purchase but future business that you will not only get from me but all of the folk who will see this and who will cure me tell this horrible story of how I was treated. Shame on you. Never will I come back there again and I will tell everybody I know and let me tell you I know a lot of people. The employee would not give me her real name but she was working at 3:00 on Friday, September 27, 2024.

Walked in with no shirt lady was verry rude in telling me to get out stated there was a single on the door I felt her aggresive attitude tword me not having a shirt was unnecessary due to this being FL and ita just a small gestation she lied and said owner was at the pump I tried to ask permission if I could just buy some smokes this one time and I would wear a shirt next time " man at the pump " was just another customer so she lied to me not once but twice because on my way back to the door I looked for a shirt Policy sing " there wasn't one" I walked in a politely asked if I could just het some smokes this one time and she raised her voice at me and told me " to get the hell out of the store " EXTREMELY RUDE LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY SUCH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND LACK OF RESPECT THAT IM GOING OUT OF MY WAY TO WRIGHT THIS COMMENT SO THAT NO OTHER HUMAN VEING WAISTS THERE TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION " ALLSO " SHE WAS NOT VERRY POLITE IN GENERAL TO THE OTHERS SHE WAS ALREADY SERVING SHE BEEDS TO FIRED IN ORDER TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGES TO BUISNESS REPUTATION AND THE IMAGE THE BUISNESS IS TRYING TO SET FOR ITSELF AS A GOOD COMPANY I WILL NECER BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND NOT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A SHIRT AND SHE WOULDNT SERVE BUT BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO ME DISPITE MY KINDNESS AND PLEADING TO HER JUST TO SELL ME A SINGLE PACK OF SMOKES AND THAT I WOULD RETURN NEXT TIME WITH A SHIRT ON 0.0 STARS FAILED TO DO EVERYTHING A PROPPER COSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD HAVE DONE IM SURE HER MOTHER WOULD BE PROUD AND I HOPE OWNER SEES THIS COMMENT AND FIRES HER SO SHE CAN LEARN FROM THIS WHILE SHE LOOKS FOR A NEW JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped to get gas and use the rest room, wifi was down, so no credit card could be used, no lights in hall to bathroom, clerk thought it was funny.
