I have rented U-Haul trucks from here several times Bill has always been friendly and helpful. The first time I rented a U-Haul from him was because another U-Haul place left me hanging without a truck when they had it reserved for me Bill came to my rescue and made sure everything worked out. I highly recommend BK motors!!

I am very disappointed with what happened, my husband booked a u-haul for pickup at this location for this past weekend, a few days later he also went into the location to confirm the details of our pickup and the person said that we were all set and would pickup one of the trucks that were on the lot. However, on the day of pickup which was Sunday my husband went over to pick up the truck and the app said it has not been assigned so we were unable to move when we needed to do to the mistake of the worker in BTK Motors. This ruined our entire move causing much stress. My husband emailed and called the location and left a voicemail in regards to this issue and yet no one responded at all.

You know, it’s hard to list everything, but I stumbled upon this shop years ago and can never stress enough about how great it is. The work is great, the care is there. Highly recommended by myself and the friends I have sent to him. Big thank you for being awesome

Definitely recommend. I needed a quick & easy rental to get some furniture moved out from a condo I sold. Bill was kind, helpful & professional. It was probably the lowest stress truck rental I can recall, and if I have occasion to rent another U-Haul, I'm coming back here. Thanks Bill & BTK Motors.
