This is the best Buckle location in Florida. The place is clean and organized; they always have what I want in stock, and they accepted a return within the policy of Buckle. I had a defective boot, and the lady quickly took the return back with no hassel, and she was really nice. I will only shop at this one because at the other store at International Mall, the lady went against the return policy and said at her store they have their own policy than what Buckle says and wouldn't take back a defective boot. But again, the Clearwater Buckle is the only Buckle I would shop at in the Tampa Bay area.

I’ve gone here a couple times and I just wanna say that the girls are always so sweet so helpful and so patient!!! Grace and Corina over at the countryside mall location are the girls that specifically helped me… just so sweet and patient answered all my questions definitely love the workers at this store!!!❤️

I have been shopping at the Clearwater Mall Buckle for well over a decade. My closet resembles a Buckle store display! I recently visited to pick up a few pairs of pants and was assisted by Mallori, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mallori selected two perfect pairs of pants called Blacks that I had walked right by, and they fit perfectly! They are so comfortable, I could easily wear them as pajamas. I truly appreciate the exceptional service Mallori provided; it made me feel like I was in an upscale suit store. Thank you, Mallori!

I've shopped several Buckle locations. The folks at the Countryside location are first class. Brady was very helpful in helping my husband the find the correct sizes and styles that worked best for him. Mallory, the manager, is also a pleasure to work with. Everyone at this location are truly kind and accommodating.

Great store, great merchandise and they play phenomenal music every time I go there! I want to save and play all their songs I have heard there. Mallori, the new manager, is always very helpful , very knowledgeable about all the merchandise and has a great attitude. Brady is also great. I have bought there before and will go back again for sure. Their merchandise is high quality and very fashionable says a guy who does not like shopping much :). This is a top store, bar none!

Went into the store on 12/08/2023 to purchase a pair of jeans and wasn’t sure what I wanted and a buckle employee named Brady walked me around and helped me pick a few pairs out to try on and found my size. Never judged, always helpful, and made sure I was comfortable before purchasing. This location is lucky to have Brady. If You are in buckle at countryside mall, I highly recommend to ask for Brady if you need help.

Needed a pair of shorts and wasn’t so sure Buckle would be the answer. Enter - Mallori, a charismatic young laddie who directed me promptly to the most comfy shorts ever. Fit perfect and we’re even more comfortable on. Couldn’t leave without them. Will be back soon. Great staff, good music playing and some great inventory to choose from.
