DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Ruben who I assume is the store manager, but unsure how he got such a title, called us while we were in the air and canceled our reservation. We went to 3 other budget locations, spent 45 mins on the phone with customer service, and were told nothing is available and they can’t price match our reservation price. So we drove in circles for 45 mins and paid 250$ more. Thanks Ruben!!!!

I was refused a rental based on my appearance. The man stated he wanted me to add additional coverage to the car that wasn’t required but was offered and if I refused he would refuse to rent to me This was only due to my appearance nothing more. To be fair I do have a bunch of tattoos but I’m a good person n driver he has no right to treat me the way he did claiming it’s to do his integrity? he started to process my CC then paused and cxled the transaction on his end when he decided to try and force me to add additional coverages to the car. The worst customer service in my life! This place is 0 out of 10 do not recommend ever renting from this location. Then the company after starting if I go to the other location I wouldn’t experience a problem again and they still processed my cc for the optional coverage after I stated many times that I decline the coverage since it is optional.

Terrible experience. I received a phone call 3 hours before pick up for my reservation and was told there were no cars and “so sorry” but I can call the other locations. Where I was expected not only to pay the difference in their rental price but also a transfer of reservation fee. If you want to be sure your rental will be available, do not rent from here.

Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Arrived to pick up car which we paid for in advance and was told there were no cars on the lot! Guy at counter told me to call customer service so I did and was told that i needed to go to “another location in Florida” but the car was going to be $700 more!!! Would rate Zero if I could. Do NOT use budget!! Called enterprise and they saved the day!

Zero stars…Worst customer service, cars are always dirty inside and once it smelled like dog pee… even though I always made reservations in advance the guy who works there said there’s no cars available on many occasions but my breaking point was tonight when I called budget customer service to make sure there was a car available when I went there but turned out there were “0” cars available according to Reuben even though I saw several cars and the manager Jennifer also said there should be plenty of cars available. It’s been very inconvenient and frustrating being pushed around by this guy who works thereNever going back again

Reuben was great to deal with and got me an upgraded car, even thought Budget International had rented me a car that wasn't available. Reuben went above and beyond to help me and I will be returning here when needing to rent a car.

The service at this location with Reuben is truly exceptional. I have spent years of my life with rental cars, traveling and working all over the world and I can attest to the fact that Reuben's level of understanding and customer service has been the best I had ever received. I was happy with the service of this place up until this morning when I received notice that my reservation needed to be cancelled because there were no cars delivered. How does a rental car business run this way? What is the point of making a reservation? Shouldn't these cars be delivered ahead of time to avoid a same-day mishap like this?Reuban is very nice and I enjoyed working with him in the past. I know this isn't his fault. I just won't give a rental car company my business anymore when this happens.
